Morning wenches. Been up since 4.45 as DS1 is off on a school trip today. They should have set off at 6 but someone was late so it was more like 6.20. No point going back to bed, especially as DS2 was awake when I got home. So I've a wash on and am going to sit down with a Brew.

This helps me feel less deathly

Morning LetUs. Brew I was up early too but for no reason other than I'm not working today so obviously I'm wide awake at 6am!! Hmm

On the plus side it's a gorgeous day and I'm going to sort my garden after ballet/football/swimming/tennis.

This staying on too of my food budget is going wellHmm
Went to sainsbos to buy some food for the next couple of days and to use my nectar points (I needed to also buy a gift for my friend somewhere else so the nectar points were in use because of that). I packed the trolley and on top of £22.50 worth of points I had to pay £16. So that went well. Then I realised I didn't buy what I was supposed to buy. So had to pop in yo Waitrose anyway. FMS.

Drink...I stuggle every week to keep to my food shopping budget :(
Dh and I had a big row about it last week.
I spent £90 at sainsbos (usually go to aldi and asda but a friend offered me a lift :))
That only left me with £10 for the week which obv I went over..
Sigh.
It will be worse this week as its half term.
DH really has no idea how much food costs and how much our kids eat.
And he forgot the dishwasher tablets yesterday!
Grr.

Dp is still being a total arse. Sad He's still not talking to me after the fairly minor row we had two nights ago. I fucking hate this. Ive done the peacemaker thing and he's still persisting in creating a horrible atmos and messing up bank hol weekend.

Anyway. mave, thanks for your tin hut perspective and btw Ill be in your general area this summer, last week of july. Will you be about?
