Nice to see you ggg.
Have weakened and given in to MN today.
House is spotless, done all my chores. What choice did Ihave????

Meanoldmummy · 18/01/2006 14:13

we should rename it I Can't Believe Anyone Would Be Fool Enough To Mistake This Unnaturally Yellow Subtance For Butter.

DH buys it...we ran out of olivio

Piffle · 18/01/2006 14:15

Moondog I mutter the exact same thing and also barely audibly cuss...
If the flies won't even fucking eat it, I ain't...

moondog · 18/01/2006 14:17

I think Olivio is a bit dodgy too tbh MOM.
Butter,dripping or nowt.

That's my rule.

foxinsocks · 18/01/2006 14:18

I had a crisp sandwich (yummm) but I did put avocado and cheese in to boost the nutritional content

Passionflower · 18/01/2006 14:20

Are we onto todays lunch now.

DDs 2 & 3 helped me make paella for lunch - they picked some prawns and a few bits of chicken out and refused the rest, even DD3 who usually eats anything and everything .

Oh well, stick it in the freezer and try again another time.

Meanoldmummy · 18/01/2006 14:21

I like olivio. Dripping is nasty and butter makes me feel ill. Can't defend the ICBINB tho

moondog · 18/01/2006 14:24

Paella not minging.
I'll forgive you your weakness for Olivio and blatant spurning of dripping 'cos you make me laugh.

Meanoldmummy · 18/01/2006 14:26

I'll not mention the tepid Nescafe with icing sugar and soy milk I had for breakfast then....

Bugsy2 · 18/01/2006 15:26

Ewww tepid anything is baaaaaaaaaaad!
I will be having minging stir fry tonight as I did last night because I've got a big bag of the stuff & I can't bring myself to throw it out. I have no nice saucy stuff to put with it, the best I can do is a splash of soy sauce. I would actually prefer to eat mince from a tin, at least you could have it with some rice or pasta or even a baked potato & it would fill you up.
Depressed already at the thought of stirfry already and its only 3.30pm.

mnoondog, re you question ages down thread, am too pg to cook anything proper for self and chidren's food being made by nanny because i am at work.
tonight I might just have the red fanta and the ice cubes (maybe a whole bag)...

GhostofChristmasNatt · 18/01/2006 15:30

hey but my lunch doesn't ming:OJ, humous salad, apples. ha.
Olivio mings big time.

Meanoldmummy · 18/01/2006 15:32

Olivio does not ming (sulk emoticon)

Red fanta is urine from the last leper in hell. With or without ice.

GhostofChristmasNatt · 18/01/2006 15:33

red fanta is the nectar of the gods, especially if served over 3000 ice cubes... olivio is the smegma of old greek goatherds...

Easy · 18/01/2006 15:36

Well I've decided on Toad in the Hole tonight, served with brocolli and baby carrots, but onion gravy made with granules (where do you get gravy when you don't have a roast in the week?)

Is rice pudding too filling after T.i.t.h.? I've got domesticated feelings and want to make a rice pud while the ovens on.

Meanoldmummy · 18/01/2006 15:39

Nah - smegma is kind of curdy, like feta. Olivio would be more like plaque, if anything

Red fanta is the stuff you find in the catheter bag of a hoary old tramp rushed to A&E after being found shuddering in a pool of Special Brew and blood-stained vomit...

GhostofChristmasNatt · 18/01/2006 15:42

Hmmm gloves off now, meanie. you have almost put a sad pg woman with few things she can look forward to consuming off her supper. Do you really want that on your conscience, eh, eh? Actaully olivio is more like the sebaceous effusions of adolescent trainee greek goatherds...

Meanoldmummy · 18/01/2006 15:48

sebacious effusions, hmmm - maybe if they had been rubbed though a sieve first....

I suppose.... as you are pg, we can overlook the glugging of disgusting radioactive macrobiotic chemical soup...as long as every ingredient of your dinner is fully organic and suitably poncy

CountessDracula · 18/01/2006 16:00

Olivio is axel grease imo

Cottage cheese is more like smegma

OP posts:
Meanoldmummy · 18/01/2006 16:08

Cottage cheese is more thrush-related. Straightforward smegma is more like ricotta.

NotActuallyAMum · 18/01/2006 16:10

I'm having jacket potato with low fat cheese tonight - don't think I'll win again today

GhostofChristmasNatt · 18/01/2006 16:13

ice is the rest of my dinner. no one can say ice mings. Someone must be having summat really nasty, surely? chilli from a tin? baked bean pizza from the freezer cabinet? anything from "Heinz baked bean cuisine" range? Findus crispy pancakes?

NotActuallyAMum · 18/01/2006 16:15

I thought about having a tin of vegetable chilli - does that count?

GhostofChristmasNatt · 18/01/2006 16:17

I think i would have to have mince in it to ming, sadly, but others may ahve a different view..
