Alrighty then! New rules for Haiku. I will have a go at this, I hope that I will find more great ones when I wake up!

Pushing, Reeling, Clutching
Baby in my arms
She is smiling

October:

Pumpkins, apples, and cinnamon
The wind is up
leaves turn brown and crisp

He is just the man
With a unique attitude
in my small village

will we talk like this
when we meet in Manchester?
we will be thought odd!!

Dinner we will book
For haiku not mumsnetters
Internet is sad

internet is good
i love all my cyber friends
I know you do too

I do very much
My friends think i'm a nutter
They don't know the love

I still have no clue
What to leave in my handbag

Sorry everyone - my tutor didn't get around to this on Tuesday. I told him to leave it till last cos there was lots of 'proper' work to get through i.e. strictly the work of people who were there.

I left it with him when I left, just to read for his own amusement, and I'm sure he will comment next Tues.

By the way he is an 80-odd year old man who knows everything there is to know about creative writing. Thankfully he has the most open of minds too! It ran to 25 pages when I printed it out - and now it's longer - glad you started composing again!
