Alrighty then! New rules for Haiku. I will have a go at this, I hope that I will find more great ones when I wake up!
Birth:

Pushing, Reeling, Clutching
Baby in my arms
She is smiling

October:

Pumpkins, apples, and cinnamon
The wind is up
leaves turn brown and crisp

Sunchowder, don't want to be picky but haikus stick to a strict pattern of syllables - 5-7-5.
