Hope everyone has started their 30 day challenge... let us know how you're getting on

I did it! 2 Workouts left. Hope you did it too Tigerbear!! I only did it because of you!! I didn't feel like it and I was starving... It was a fairly short and easy one though, I left out any jumping things, and only burnt 60 calories in about 20 minutes, so it almost wasn't worth it, but I still have two left.
Might try and squeeze a swim in as well today.

Smalline · 07/07/2009 21:29

Did the 50 minute circuit workout (hard) tonight, burnt 344 calories, lots of exercises for the arms a killer on the legs, felt knackered at the end.

Come on Annie and tigerbear you can do it, you've only got 2 more Annie, why don't you do those in before the next boozy weekend.

tigerbear · 08/07/2009 00:07

Annie - SORRY I didn't do it!! I'm rubbish!!

Smalline - WHOAAAHHHH! 344 CALORIES????? That's amazing!

sis · 08/07/2009 11:45

Just come back from holiday and still have 7 workouts to go! more like 60 day challenge here!

AnnieOneForTennis · 08/07/2009 13:24

Thanks Smalline! Last one to do tonight!
I wonder if I'll carry one... DH is so supportive (NOT!).
I would like to. I will try. But hey, last one tonight! Well done on the 50 minutes workout, you're so fit, woman. Was it a pre-set one?

Tigerbear, you can do it - come on girl!

Sis, a holiday is a good excuse! You still get a trophy at the end if you complete the 20 workouts, even if it's over the time. Well I hope so anyway!

Smalline · 08/07/2009 18:47

Yes it was a pre-set one Annie I really enjoyed it. I'm going to carry on coz I want to keep my lovely toned arms! they look even better with a tan, the legs are not looking bad either! shame about the tummy though.

How are you doing tigerbear?

How was your holiday sis?

Portandlemon sounds like you've got it all well planned, hope you continue to enjoy the workouts.

Bumperslucious · 09/07/2009 12:00

Hello

I wasn't a tester but have borrowed a friend's over night. Can I just ask how you all found it? Did you like it? Did it work? Would you buy it?

PortAndLemon · 09/07/2009 17:34

If anyone's still checking this thread...
(a) tomorrow's supposed to be a rest day but I'd like to do a workout tomorrow and have a rest day on Saturday instead. How do I tell it that?
(b) is there some deep dark secret to the inline skating, because I would swear I was doing it right but I am failing dismally.

Smalline · 09/07/2009 19:18

Hi PortandLemon, if you want to do a workout on the rest day, just click on workout which I believe will be on the bottom right hand side of screen. In-line skating, don't jump when they tell you to jump, wait until you are near the end of the ramp and then jump, the later you leave it, the better the result, but don't leave it too late

sis · 09/07/2009 20:39

or just skip the inline skating exercise !

Brilliant Ruby! 3 kg, that's what,8 lbs ish? Excellent!! I haven't lost any weight (surprising really, since I skip all the lunges!) but I'm definitely happier with the overall toning and feeling good.
Haven't done anything since I finished on Wednesday though... Pilates was cancelled today...

Bumper, I probably would have bought it if I hadn't had it for free. I would recommend it, though it's not perfect in every way, but overall good.

I hope to carry on with it. I really do. Damn it's the weekend though!

Bumperslucious · 10/07/2009 21:35

Thanks Annie, I've ordered it. Looking forward to some weight loss!

tigerbear · 10/07/2009 22:19

Evening all - Annie and Smalline, I'm afraid to say I've missed about 5 days now. However I have been running outside instead (in training for the Great North Run). I will get back on the EA though, as I have noticed great results so far.

Smalline · 14/07/2009 22:42

Made up my own routine tonight, upper and lower body toning, no jumping exercises though, boxing, target practice, lots of running, the twisting to side exercises are very good for tummys, but only if you hold your tummy in whilst doing them, did about 3 lots of those. Burnt about 360 calories
