They were very soft and she loved the pink colour!

I liked the brown paper and minimal packaging. It’s something I try to think about when shopping.

Ideally they wouldn’t have toe seams but I don’t think so hat would be possible. They also come up quite large.

A range of jazzy colours or patterns would be lovely.

Beautifully soft

Not excessive, easy to open.

Maybe offer a slightly thicker /heavier weight version.

I'd love to see some funky bright patterns, and possibly knee high options.

She thought they felt really soft and they were cosy.

Paper based so easy to recycle which is important!

No, but I will as I 100% intend to buy some in school colours!

No, they were perfect, my daughter usually moans about and fiddles with the ‘toe’ part of socks and tights toe ages because they’re never ‘right’ - with these there was none of that fuss!

Well, I need white for school but also love fun bright patterns for weekends/holidays - I haven’t checked so you may offer these already. Would you consider whether children’s tights could be an option in this material too? We have similar ongoing issues with the feet on tights.

Definitely the comfort! They were really soft and comfortable. Two of my children tried them & they were both really impressed.

Fantastic & easy to recycle. I appreciated it arriving in a paper bag rather than plastic.

I have visited the website and actually bought myself & DH some bamboo socks for our stockings! The website was easy to navigate & I had no complaints.

No, they're really lovely.

I'd definitely buy bamboo school tights for my daughter!

The softness and lack of seams, DD is severely disabled and they were so easy to get on

Loved the fact it was all paper / cardboard and could be recycled quickly

No they were lovely and wash really well

Maybe red? Slipper socks would be fab too and thicker styles for winter

Super soft and stretchy - easy to put on.

Recyclable materials and strong enough to survive the post.

The only thing would be brighter colours (as we had grey ones) but seems like you do this already!

Thicker socks for winter would be great, and trainer/ankle socks to avoid trousers and socks meeting!

Ours were white and black, which for a 3yo is not that exciting. Would prefer more colours and designs

More brighter colors and also different lengths and thicknesses

How soft they were! He went from constantly wanting to take his socks off (before these arrived) to wanting to sleep in the bamboo ones!

Yes, although I’ve not yet ordered, I plan to stock up and buy some for my autistic nephew who has sensory issues.

Yes - the 10 year old suggests a green colour way and bamboo / panda printed pattern. I think there could be more variety in patterns for older kids. Thanks,

The comfort and lack of seams was fantastic and my child has found the socks really comfortable to wear, judging by the fact that she has not tried to remove them once!

I liked the minimal and more environmentally friendly looking packaging.

Yes, I visited the website as a result of thsi product trial and really liked it. There seems to be agreat range of products and styles and I am sure I will be ordering from it in the future.

More colours and designs would be greatfor children, the colours seem a bit adult orientated.

Yes, I would welcome some socks with child friendly designs such as animals or bicycles etc.

1 - What was your/your child's favourite thing about the socks?
My daughter is too young (almost two) to have an opinion on the socks other than that she knew they were new ones.

2 - What did you think of the packaging in which the socks arrived?
I don't remember much about the packaging but I think it may have been recyclable.

3 - Have you visited the SOCKSHOP website over the course of the test? If so, how did you find the experience?
No but I plan on doing so.

4 - Is there anything about the socks that you would change?
We got all dark grey which were very uninspiring for a young girl. They looked like young boys school socks and the sizing was huge so we've had to put most of them aside to use later. They weren't an attractive sock to look at and don't appear to be the size/age I requested.
Bright colours would have been nicer.

5 - Are there any additional colours or styles that you think would be a good addition to SOCKSHOP's range of kids' bamboo socks?
Slipper socks would be good. And lovely bright colours. Different thicknesses would also be great as my daughter always has cold feet.

My son really liked the softness and no seams (he has moaned about seams in the past being "not comfy").

Really nice simple packaging.

Yes the website seems good and easy to order from.

1. Is there anything about the socks that you would change? The sizing! My son is nearly a size 9 and the size he tried were a 6-8.5 and they were too big especially around the leg as they tended to roll down a bit.

1. Are there any additional colours or styles that you think would be a good addition to SOCKSHOP's range of kids' bamboo socks? I always usually go for patterned socks but the black ones I tried would be great for school. I would like some patterned ones too if they were available.

She liked that socks were soft and 'smooth'. She found them very comfortable and won't wear her old socks!

I can really remember it to be honest!

Yes, great website. Easy to navigate and lots of choice.

Not really, although we liked the dark pink colour I probably wouldn't have bought that particular colour. There is so much great choice on the website!

DD asks for 'My Little Pony' and 'Mr Men' designs.

Any animal or nature styled ones would be a hit with my kids.

So soft, easy to put on and stretch well without there being tightness.

From what i can remember it was just basic sock packaging (card holding pair together) nothing out of the ordinary.

Yes and its easy to navigate and suprised that the price of them is not too much. Have reccomend to family already.

Not that i could think of.

We were just sent white ones so other colours would have been nice. Perhaps longer thicker wellie socks or slipper socks would be nice.

How lovely and soft they felt. Bright red colour too

Liked that they didn't arrive in plastic and was still nice and secure. Could have been branded better on the paper bag though. Paper invoice inside could have looked better too.

Sadly, although my son liked the socks, they washed really badly and are really bobbly after just 1 wash. So for this reason I wouldn't buy them.

Great, easily recyclable and small and squishy enough to fit through the letter box

No, loved them, and they wash very well too

More trainer socks and perhaps a few different characters.

& should have said, I washed them on a stand 40degree wash and they were dried on an airer, not tumble dried, but went bobbly.

2. Loved the packaging! Very environmentally friendly.
3. Yes, impressed. Great value.
4. We were sent all grey which was a bit disappointing.
5. Ones with dogs/paws on always get chosen first in this house!

My daughter's favourite thing was how soft and comfortable they were when compared to other socks.
For me I think they seem to have washed well the first couple of times at least.

Interesting colours of trainer socks like stripes.

The colours are really bright and vivid and they are really soft.

Nothing specific, but we love a good variety of colours and patterns.
