I tested the 50L size:
Q1. What were your overall impressions of Visqueen Ultimate bin liners?
I was very, very impressed when they arrived, a great meaty sized box which surprised me, such a big roll, and you can feel the quality, the thickness of the material, the ease of which you can tear the perforated bags, normally the bin bags I use rip just trying to get one from the roll.
Q2. Are you generally satisfied or frustrated with typical bin liners that you use? How do Visqueen Ultimate bin liners compare to them?
I am enormously frustrated with my usual bin bags, they are thin, flimsy, tear, don't hold onto the side of my bin so end up half way down it and I have to dig in rubbish to get the sides back up, they sometimes rip when I lift it out of the bin, or rip on the way to the black bin outside.
Visqueen Ultimate were totally the opposite, they held onto the bin sides perfectly, no matter what I threw in to the bin, or how heavy an item I would put in, they were so strong, they lifted out perfectly and I had confidence due to their strength and the material they're made of that they wouldn't rip on me, there is no comparison really, they're just massively superior to my normal bin bags.
Q3. In terms of strength, how would you rate Visqueen Ultimate bin liners compared to other bin liners you have tried in the past?
They are super strong, can hold so much more, I can compact the rubbish and get even more things on the bin which is great because I go threw less bags less quickly, they get me from kitchen to outside black bin without me wondering at any moment it will rip and I'll end up with rubbish all over the place. Love them.
Q4. In future, how likely are you to consider purchasing Visqueen Ultimate bin liners if you were in need of bin bags?
Oh, I'll never use anything else now, i could never go back to inferior bin bags having tried these.
Q5. If you are willing to purchase Visqueen Ultimate bin liners, how likely are you to consider purchasing them online (e.g. on Amazon)?
I'd be more than happy to buy them online, I get a tonne of stuff sent from Amazon do this wouldn't pose a problem at all. Free delivery would be great though!
Q6. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Visqueen Ultimate bin liners to friends/family? If so, why? If not, why not?
I would definitely recommend them to friends and family, what's not to recommend, they're super strong, do the job perfectly, last for ages so I think they're more economical, I can confidently get more stuff in the bin without worrying if it's too heavy for the bin bag, they're great for other uses to (I even got my son to stand in one whilst trying to compress the cardboard recycling, and they were strong enough that he didn't go through them or even rip them with his fingers, shoes etc).
Good stuff Visqueen!!
