This is the feedback thread for the lights by TENA product test.

lights by TENA say "there are four products in the lights by TENA range. They’re all specially designed for Oooops moments. They absorb faster than ordinary liners, keeping you feeling drier and fresher. They all have specially designed odour-control. But they do differ in size and profile."

Testers - please share on this thread your responses to the following questions and please also add your feedback on survey form link which we emailed to you.

Q1 - please give us some background on you and urine leakage - how old are you, how long have you experienced this and is it linked to a specific event eg pregnancy?
Q2 – what about the product itself - was it easy to use? What improvements would you like to see?
Q3 - how do lights by TENA compare to your usual product or to your sanitary-wear?
Q4 – Have you used other products for bladder weakness? If so what and how did lights by TENA compare?
Q5 - the RRP of Lights by Tena is £1.99 for 28 liners - do you think this is good value for money or not?
Q6 - would you buy lights by TENA in the future and would you recommend them to someone else who was suffering from urine leakage?

Every tester who adds their feedback on this thread and who completes the survey form will be entered into a prize draw where one winner will get a £150 voucher for the store of their choice.

Please note, your anon comments may be used by lights by TENA on their website, social media and possibly elsewhere. Please only add a comment if you're happy for it to be used.

thanks and good luck!

Q1 - please give us some background on you and urine leakage - how old are you, how long have you experienced this and is it linked to a specific event eg pregnancy?
I have suffered with this since my 2nd child so for over 20 years now. I've had a TVT band put in but it's still not a perfect solution.

Q2 – what about the product itself - was it easy to use? What improvements would you like to see? I really liked the product and thought it was more comfortable than the usual pant liners I buy. I would like to have the choice of different lengths, especially an extra long.

Q3 - how do lights by TENA compare to your usual product or to your sanitary-wear? Ireally like the fact that it does not have a strong scent. So much sanitary wear is now scented which smells horrible and also I am sensitive to it.

Q4 – Have you used other products for bladder weakness? If so what and how did lights by TENA compare? they were comfortable and unscented which is good.

Q5 - the RRP of Lights by Tena is £1.99 for 28 liners - do you think this is good value for money or not? i would be happy to pay this price as I thought they were a good quality product. They were thicker than the normal liners I buy, but not too thick.

Q6 - would you buy lights by TENA in the future and would you recommend them to someone else who was suffering from urine leakage? yes I would buy them and recommend them to others.

Bobble33 · 16/12/2014 18:53

Q1 - My bladder weakness has worsened since I stopped taking HRT.
Q2 – The only improvement I would like to see would be the product being available in different lengths. They are comfortable to wear much better than normal panty liners.
Q3 - Much more effective than normal panty liners.
Q4 – Much better than the normal panty liners I buy.
Q5 - For the quality and effectiveness of the product I think they are value for money.
Q6 - Yes I would buy them and I would recommend them to others.

TheHoneyBadger · 16/12/2014 18:53

Just to say first to everyone on here who has daily problems with this and have been putting up with it for years - GO TO THE DOCTORS - there are treatments they can try to help and you shouldn't just suffer this forever.

I am 39 i have one child who is 7.5yrs. i don't have daily leaking issues and only very rarely have issues during normal activities (though did pee my pants from laughing once which shocked me). for me the issue is with for example going on a trampoline or running or anything that involves high impact on the bladder. so far from an everyday issue but an issue none the less.

product is comfortable and a good length.

how does it compare to sanitary wear? thicker than a panty liner thinner than a towel.

i haven't used other products designed for this use but have tended to put in a night time type towel which catches everything. i don't actually think the tenas would manage the volume i can lose when jumping on a trampoline (so glad we're discussing this in public) but if say i was going to an exercise class or for a run i might put one in for a bit of security.

value wise i'd only be using them occasionally so the price would be ok for me but if i was someone who needed to use them every day and change them throughout the day i would find them prohibitively expensive and would use something else. then again i'd also go to the doctors as i seem to recall reading that there are things that can be done but women either don't report it or when they do get fobbed off being told it is normal and to do their pelvic floor exercises (even though it's debated whether they are actually good for you and many advocating spending more time squatting instead to strengthen and lengthen the 'hammock')

in reality the pack i was sent would likely last me months given i don't need them regularly - if i was pleased with the result in several different high impact situations i might buy them again and i would recommend them to others. i'm wondering though whether when it comes to trampolining in the summer (great exercise but my bladder really doesn't like it) if i'd be better off buying whatever the non light version is?

TheHoneyBadger · 16/12/2014 18:58

sorry but whilst we're discussing this - where does it even come from? i purposely go to the toilet and really try to get it all out before going on the trampoline but literally tons of fluid comes out - it doesn't even smell - to the point i think well is it wee? i find it utterly bizarre. if i got off the trampoline and tried to wee there'd be nothing coming, but get back on and start jumping and there would be plenty.

sorry if this wrong place but i'd love to understand.

q1) I am mid 40s. Leekage when running, especially prior to my period and sneezing always! Did not suffer pre children (2 - one quite large!)
q2) Easy to use, comfortable to wear & discreet under running tights
q3) Thinner, thus as above - improved comfort and less 'bulkiness'
q4) Usually just use liners, so a vast improvement!
q5) I think they are very effective, thus good value for money for the quantity & the quality
q6) I will definitely buy in the future & will recommend to others

solastyear · 16/12/2014 19:18

Q1 - please give us some background on you and urine leakage - how old are you, how long have you experienced this and is it linked to a specific event eg pregnancy? I am 42 suffer light leakage since having DD 12 years ago.
Q2 – what about the product itself - was it easy to use? What improvements would you like to see? The product is fine, good size and thickness just right. Can't think of any improvements.
Q3 - how do lights by TENA compare to your usual product or to your sanitary-wear? Usually use Always Discreet Small Plus, and before that Always Envive, - I find the TENA thinner, more absorbent and feel drier.
Q4 – Have you used other products for bladder weakness? If so what and how did lights by TENA compare? As above
Q5 - the RRP of Lights by Tena is £1.99 for 28 liners - do you think this is good value for money or not? Very good value - I think Always Discreet are £2.49 for 16
Q6 - would you buy lights by TENA in the future and would you recommend them to someone else who was suffering from urine leakage? Yes I will use them in future and would recommend them to anybody suffering from urine leakage.

Rikalaily · 16/12/2014 19:37

Before I answer the questions, I have to point out that I could only test these for 2 days as I had a painful uncomfortable reaction to them. I answered the survey questions in regards to their performance and how I rated that.

Q1 - please give us some background on you and urine leakage - how old are you, how long have you experienced this and is it linked to a specific event eg pregnancy?

I'm 35, I've had problems since I had my second child in 2005. Leakage when coughing, sneezing, jumping, running etc.

Q2 – what about the product itself - was it easy to use? What improvements would you like to see?

Easy to use, I found them a tiny bit too wide so they chaffed a little.

Q3 - how do lights by TENA compare to your usual product or to your sanitary-wear?

I usually use normal panty liners, I found the TENA much softer.

Q4 – Have you used other products for bladder weakness? If so what and how did lights by TENA compare?

I've never tried a TENA product before.

Q5 - the RRP of Lights by Tena is £1.99 for 28 liners - do you think this is good value for money or not?

I think they are good value for money.

Q6 - would you buy lights by TENA in the future and would you recommend them to someone else who was suffering from urine leakage?

I wouldn't buy them myself as I had a reaction to them but I was very pleased with their performance etc and would recommend them to others.

Summergarden · 16/12/2014 19:54

Q1 - I am 36 years old with a baby and toddler. Gave birth to 2 large babies, and developed leaking problems in both pregnancies, in third trimester. I now only suffer mildly, when coughing etc.
Q2 – Happy with the product itself, and felt that the packaging was aimed at people my age and not just older women.
Q3 - Despite the smaller size, they were just as effective, which I was surprised by.
Q4 – Only used sanitary towels and pantyliners. The TENA product was the most effective by far.
Q5 - I think the RRP is fair/average value for money.
Q6 - Yes, I would you buy lights by TENA in the future and recommend them.

ChesterCake · 16/12/2014 20:03

Q1 - please give us some background on you and urine leakage - how old are you, how long have you experienced this and is it linked to a specific event eg pregnancy?

I'm only 22! :( this came on during my first pregnancy with my now 3 yr old.

Q2 – what about the product itself - was it easy to use? What improvements would you like to see?

I found the product great and really easy and quick to use. No improvements.

Q3 - how do lights by TENA compare to your usual product or to your sanitary-wear?

I currently use washable panty liners, TENA lights were a lot more absorbent, reduced smells better and were a lot quicker and easier to use.

Q4 – Have you used other products for bladder weakness? If so what and how did lights by TENA compare? I don't use any products targeted at bladder weakness just reusable panty liners.

Q5 - the RRP of Lights by Tena is £1.99 for 28 liners - do you think this is good value for money or not?

I think this is a great price! Around 50p a week to have more confidence and not smell like wee is a great price!

Q6 - would you buy lights by TENA in the future and would you recommend them to someone else who was suffering from urine leakage?

I would and will definitely buy these, I'm really impressed with the results. I would also recommend them

aJumpedUpPantryBoy · 16/12/2014 20:57

Q1 - please give us some background on you and urine leakage - how old are you, how long have you experienced this and is it linked to a specific event eg pregnancy?

I'm 44 (no children) and have only experienced problems in the last few weeks - linked to a persistent cough.

Q2 – what about the product itself - was it easy to use? What improvements would you like to see?

Product was fine, easy to use. I was glad they were unscented as I can't bear horrible synthetic smells that some liners have.

Q3 - how do lights by TENA compare to your usual product or to your sanitary-wear?

First time I've used anything like this - I use a mooncup during my period

Q4 – Have you used other products for bladder weakness? If so what and how did lights by TENA compare?

First time I've used anything like this

Q5 - the RRP of Lights by Tena is £1.99 for 28 liners - do you think this is good value for money or not?

I am happy with the RRP

Q6 - would you buy lights by TENA in the future and would you recommend them to someone else who was suffering from urine leakage?

Yes, I was very pleased with the product.

TheScenicRoute · 16/12/2014 21:14

Q1 - please give us some background on you and urine leakage - how old are you, how long have you experienced this and is it linked to a specific event eg pregnancy?

I'm 36, I have experienced this since approx 18 weeks of (twin) pregnancy, but not before pregnancy. I experience leakage after I have passed urine when I stand up, it seems to take my pelvic floor muscles a good 10 seconds or so to work again after emptying my bladder, but not at any other time during the day when I stand up or move.

Q2 – what about the product itself - was it easy to use? What improvements would you like to see?

Yes, very familiar with the product style, it is as similar to use as a panty liner. I can't suggest any improvements as it works well.

Q3 - how do lights by TENA compare to your usual product or to your sanitary-wear?

They are longer which is important, I have been put off my usual panty liner as they seem too short for this issue. Price comparison is the same, they are not plasticy which is similar to the type of panty liner I choose, they remain discret despite their longer length. They also seem to offer better odour control.

Q4 – Have you used other products for bladder weakness? If so what and how did lights by TENA compare?

Always liners for urinary leakage. These were too short although did offer enough absorption, but still experienced issues of leakage at the top and bottom of these pads.

Q5 - the RRP of Lights by Tena is £1.99 for 28 liners - do you think this is good value for money or not?

Yes, competitive with my usual panty liners.

Q6 - would you buy lights by TENA in the future and would you recommend them to someone else who was suffering from urine leakage?

Yes I will buy them through pregnancy, I would recommend only if I was asked the question directly, I wouldn't advertise that I use them otherwise!

Product great, but I dislike the "oops moments" advertising campaign. I find it patronising and irritating.

Muchtoomuchtodo · 16/12/2014 21:26

Q1. I'm 38 and my family still talk about how I used to wet myself when I was tickled as a child! As an adult I've had a bit of stress incontinence since the birth of my first child 9 years ago. It usually doesn't bother me day to day but I've got a nasty cough at the moment so this product test has come at a great time! I do have a lot of vaginal discharge so I wear a pantyliner every day. I have recently started running and I find that I lose control at the end of a hard run so I have used thicker Tena pads to contain that.

Q2. I like them. They're a bit thicker than my usual panty liner and I like the fact that they're not scented. They stay put well which is a definate plus point! I hadn't noticed the arrow!

Q3. Slightly thicker which makes them more absorbant - very handy at the moment!

Q4. I use always pantyliners daily due to vaginal discharge and have used Tena pads for post run urine catching (see q1)

Q5. It's a little more than I would like to pay

Q6. I would if they were on offer (BOGOF would make them an attractive price). I wouldn't bring it up as a topic of conversation but if a friend confided in me that they had similar problems then I probably would recommend this product.

Hopezibah · 16/12/2014 21:46

Q1 - please give us some background on you and urine leakage - how old are you, how long have you experienced this and is it linked to a specific event eg pregnancy?

I'm mum of 3 kids - urine leakage started during first pregnancy, improved after that but returned after subsequent pregnancies.

Generally it is not too bad but there are times it is noticeably worse - eg when i have a cold and am coughing a lot.

Q2 – what about the product itself - was it easy to use? What improvements would you like to see?

I was very pleasantly surprised by this product. I always remembered Tena products to be quite bulky but this is just like an ordinary pantliner in terms of thickness and size so that is brilliant.

Easy to use - I just used it as an alternative to my daily pantliner but it gave me more confidence knowing it was more absorbent.

Q3 - how do lights by TENA compare to your usual product or to your sanitary-wear?

Very comparable in terms of ease of use and wear. But better in terms of quality and performance.

Q4 – Have you used other products for bladder weakness? If so what and how did lights by TENA compare?

Not specifically for bladder weakness - I use pantliners and sanitary towels when its bad. So TENA lights compared really well to those alternatives

Q5 - the RRP of Lights by Tena is £1.99 for 28 liners - do you think this is good value for money or not?

Yes.

Q6 - would you buy lights by TENA in the future and would you recommend them to someone else who was suffering from urine leakage?

Yes - I would not have considered them before as I imagined them to be bulkier than normal pantliners - but having tried them I would now regularly consider them.

ladygoingGaga · 16/12/2014 21:49

Q1 - please give us some background on you and urine leakage - how old are you, how long have you experienced this and is it linked to a specific event eg pregnancy?
36 years old and after the birth of my DS I have never been the same, although I have noticed a deterioration over last two years, I can not exercise with a full bladder at all. If jumping is involved I am in real trouble!

Q2 – what about the product itself - was it easy to use? What improvements would you like to see?
Easy to use, simple, not sure I could suggest one

Q3 - how do lights by TENA compare to your usual product or to your sanitary-wear?
Only tried sanitary wear before, so much better, never thought it would be, but much more effective

Q4 – Have you used other products for bladder weakness? If so what and how did lights by TENA compare?
This is the first time I have tried, too embarrassed before now

Q5 - the RRP of Lights by Tena is £1.99 for 28 liners - do you think this is good value for money or not?
not bad... Would buy on offer obviously

Q6 - would you buy lights by TENA in the future and would you recommend them to someone else who was suffering from urine leakage?
Yes would but again for sure

Q1 - please give us some background on you and urine leakage - how old are you, how long have you experienced this and is it linked to a specific event eg pregnancy? I'm 56, have never had children, but have suffered from some leakage ever since I was severely anorexic in my early 20s and it's getting worse with age despite exercises
Q2 – what about the product itself - was it easy to use? What improvements would you like to see? yes, easy to use, comfortable, absorbent. Individual packaging or (to reduce waste) a little pouch to carry a few in the handbag would be good. And the name is patronising
Q3 - how do lights by TENA compare to your usual product or to your sanitary-wear? a bit bulkier, but no worse
Q4 – Have you used other products for bladder weakness? If so what and how did lights by TENA compare? Other TENA, Always, this is as good as or better
Q5 - the RRP of Lights by Tena is £1.99 for 28 liners - do you think this is good value for money or not? very good value
Q6 - would you buy lights by TENA in the future and would you recommend them to someone else who was suffering from urine leakage? yes, for sure

ButterflyOfFreedom · 17/12/2014 09:36

Q1 - I'm 34 and have only experienced light leakage since giving birth to my second child earlier this year.

Q2 Easy to use, seemed better than other similar products - more absorbent, hid the smell better yet still very discreet.

Q3 - As question 2.

Q4 Always ultra sanitary towels or Boots pantyliners.

Q5 - Yes, quite good value for money.

Q6 - would you buy lights by TENA in the future and would you recommend them to someone else who was suffering from urine leakage? I would probably buy them again and would recommend them to others.

Thanks for the sample.

tenatester · 17/12/2014 11:01

Q1 - please give us some background on you and urine leakage - how old are you, how long have you experienced this and is it linked to a specific event eg pregnancy?

late 40's, 3 dc, worse in the last 3 years'. If I need to wee and cough or sneeze then I leak but not often.

Q2 – what about the product itself - was it easy to use? What improvements would you like to see?

Easy to use, wore on a social occasion, coughed and was so relieved to be wearing the pad which I normally wouldn't have been wearing

Q3 - how do lights by TENA compare to your usual product or to your sanitary-wear?

These are great, feel different to s towels, happy to use.

Q4 – Have you used other products for bladder weakness? If so what and how did lights by TENA compare?

I have only occasionally used a panty liner but these are far better and fit for purpose.

Q5 - the RRP of Lights by Tena is £1.99 for 28 liners - do you think this is good value for money or not?

very good value

Q6 - would you buy lights by TENA in the future and would you recommend them to someone else who was suffering from urine leakage?

Yes I would buy them and use them especially if I was out or ill and would have more chance of coughing or sneezing and wetting myself by accident.

SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius · 17/12/2014 11:25

Q1 - please give us some background on you and urine leakage - how old are you, how long have you experienced this and is it linked to a specific event eg pregnancy?

I had stress incontinence as a teenager, that resolved with pelvic floor exercises, but since having my three children, and gaining weight, my pelvic floor has been pretty weak - for the last couple of years I have been wearing a sanitary towel all the time, for fear of leaks when I cough or sneeze.

Q2 – what about the product itself - was it easy to use? What improvements would you like to see?

The product was easy to use, and I was impressed with how well it stuck to my underwear - I have had problems in the past with other towels coming adrift and getting wrinkled up - not comfortable at all!

However, I did feel that, for me, the product was too short - I usually use a night time towel, and the shorter length of the TENA product did make me feel a bit less secure. I would also have liked the product to be wrapped, so I could store one easily in my handbag.

Q3 - how do lights by TENA compare to your usual product or to your sanitary-wear?

As I said, they were shorter, which made me feel less secure, and I usually buy a towel that comes folded and wrapped, which makes it easier to keep one in my handbag - in case!

The TENA product was very slim and comfortable - as comfortable as my usual product. I felt it gave a similar level of protection against odour.

Q4 – Have you used other products for bladder weakness? If so what and how did lights by TENA compare?

I haven't used any other products - I am too embarrassed by the thought of putting such a product through the checkout - and basically announcing to whoever is serving me that I wet myself. Blush

Q5 - the RRP of Lights by Tena is £1.99 for 28 liners - do you think this is good value for money or not?

Yes, it does seem good value, compared to the towels I usually buy.

Q6 - would you buy lights by TENA in the future and would you recommend them to someone else who was suffering from urine leakage?

I might buy lights by TENA in the future, if my problem got worse, or if I could get over the embarrassment factor. I would certainly tell a friend or acquaintance that I had tried them, and would recommend them.

TinyTear · 17/12/2014 11:36

Q1 - please give us some background on you and urine leakage - how old are you, how long have you experienced this and is it linked to a specific event eg pregnancy?

41, have a 2yo and also pregnant again. experience small leaks when making efforts, running or coughing...

Q2 – what about the product itself - was it easy to use? What improvements would you like to see?

I probably would choose the longer version, but it was easy to use, like a liner but thicker

Q3 - how do lights by TENA compare to your usual product or to your sanitary-wear?

not applicable

Q4 – Have you used other products for bladder weakness? If so what and how did lights by TENA compare?

not applicable

Q5 - the RRP of Lights by Tena is £1.99 for 28 liners - do you think this is good value for money or not?

yes, good value for money

Q6 - would you buy lights by TENA in the future and would you recommend them to someone else who was suffering from urine leakage?

yes and would recommend

Emrob86 · 17/12/2014 11:49

Q1 - I started having some issues after childbirth and now nearly a year later I sometimes still have problems. Not every day.

Q2 – Very easy to use and I like the fit and the design.

Q3 - They are way better than normal liners.

Q4 – I thin TENA are more comfortable than other brands I've tried.

Q5 - I think this is OK value for money. £1 would be better!

Q6 - Yes I would recommend them and buy again.

DurhamDurham · 17/12/2014 12:47

Q1 - please give us some background on you and urine leakage - how old are you, how long have you experienced this and is it linked to a specific event eg pregnancy?
I'm 44 and have had two children who are now grown up. I didn't seem to suffer with urine leakage after my pregnancies it has sort of crept up on me over the last few years. Maybe that's because I didn't do the recommended exercises at the time. It doesn't happen daily but is brought on my lots of laughter, sneezing, coughing or when I have a had a drink Blush

Q2 – what about the product itself - was it easy to use? What improvements would you like to see?

I like the product, it seems to heavier than other pads, it seems to be more 'substantial'. It is a good length and is very discreet. The only thing that I think might be worth considering is to have some individually wrapped ones so that you can take one out in your handbag.

Q3 - how do lights by TENA compare to your usual product or to your sanitary-wear?

They are a good length, they are discreet, they appear to be more 'substantial'. They are very absorbent and haven't irritated me like some brands have done.

Q4 – Have you used other products for bladder weakness? If so what and how did lights by TENA compare?

I have ignored the problem until now so I haven't tried other similar products. The product test made me admit to myself that it was becoming a bit of an issue.

Q5 - the RRP of Lights by Tena is £1.99 for 28 liners - do you think this is good value for money or not?

Very good value for money, I was expecting them to cost more. Sanitary towels cost a similar amount and you never get 28 in a pack.

Q6 - would you buy lights by TENA in the future and would you recommend them to someone else who was suffering from urine leakage?

I will buy them again, if it came up in conversation I would'n't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. I have already told my sister all about them just in case she is silently putting up with it like I did.

Many Thanks for the opportunity to take part in this product test.

Pikkewyn · 17/12/2014 13:27

Q1 - please give us some background on you and urine leakage - how old are you, how long have you experienced this and is it linked to a specific event eg pregnancy? I'm 39 and have has issues since my DD2 was born breech and in under 3 minutes!
Q2 – what about the product itself - was it easy to use? What improvements would you like to see? Easy to use - would be nice to have individually wrapped for easy disposal.
Q3 - how do lights by TENA compare to your usual product or to your sanitary-wear? No much better and less plastically than normal ST.
Q4 – Have you used other products for bladder weakness? If so what and how did lights by TENA compare? I normally use normal liners but recently send DH out shopping and he bought the Always version of these - they were odd and had elastic on the sides like in the sides of a nappy Hmm These are much lighter, more comfortable and feel drier.
Q5 - the RRP of Lights by Tena is £1.99 for 28 liners - do you think this is good value for money or not? Yes.
Q6 - would you buy lights by TENA in the future and would you recommend them to someone else who was suffering from urine leakage? I will definitely use them again - still a bit self-concious about buying Tena rather than normal pads but I'll get over that in time!

childminder · 17/12/2014 13:37

Q1 - please give us some background on you and urine leakage - how old are you, how long have you experienced this and is it linked to a specific event eg pregnancy?

I am over 50, probably had leakage longer than I care to remember with 2 10lb+ babies with gas and air, I may have been better off with a bit of help rather than stretching everything beyond belief.

Q2 – what about the product itself - was it easy to use? What improvements would you like to see?

I found them a bit bulky for my liking and they tended to travel and stick to my pubes, which rested in ouch moments or wiggling like a toddler needing a wee to try and reposition it without anyone noticing at toddler group! I'd like to see them in an individual wrapper for handbag or travel use, which is whn I uses them a lot, especially on long haul flights.

Q3 - how do lights by TENA compare to your usual product or to your sanitary-wear?

Quite absorbent, but bulky.

Q4 – Have you used other products for bladder weakness? If so what and how did lights by TENA compare?

Just very simple panty liners, but found they whiffed a bit sometimes. Blush

Q5 - the RRP of Lights by Tena is £1.99 for 28 liners - do you think this is good value for money or not?

Yes, quite reasonable.

Q6 - would you buy lights by TENA in the future and would you recommend them to someone else who was suffering from urine leakage?

Not the sort of thing I discuss, but if it came up, I may mention them in passing.

FlipFlippingFlippers · 17/12/2014 13:55

Q1- I'm 28 and I've always had a fairly weak bladder, even as a child. It became a reoccuring issue after the birth of my 2nd child and now that I am pregnant with my 3rd it is a daily problem.

Q2- Very easy to use, they didn't always stick well to certain fabrics. It would be good if a few in the pack could be individually wrapped so you could take them out during the day.

Q3- I found them very discreet and they had much better absorbancy than a usual liner. I'm also very pleased that they weren't scented.

Q4- I usually use reusable, washable pads. Tena liners were much less bulky and convenient. Unfortunately I had a reaction to them (I have sensitive skin) and didn't find them as soft as my usual protection.

Q5- Great value for the protection they offer

Q6- I would definitely recommend them to other people if the conversation cropped up but unfortunately wouldn't be able to use them again myself as they made my skin sore. It'd be great if there were ones for sensitive skin as it seems I'm not the only one to experience a reaction.
