Q1. Why did you want to take part in this product test? What aspect of Cif Express Direct to Floor Cleaner appealed most?
Mainly because I find cleaning hard floors a major chore which I put off. (I'm also lazy!) A new product that sounds quick and easy to use was very appealing.
Q2. Where in your home did you use the Cif Express Direct to Floor Cleaner? What type of floor did you use it on?
Laminate floor in the kitchen and dining/family room, wooden floors in the hallway, and vinyl in the downstairs loo.
Q3. What was your overall impression of Cif Express Direct to Floor Cleaner? What did you like most about it? Was there anything you didn't like?
Easy to use and worked well. "Point and squirt" was surprisingly accurate! Only thing I didn't like was judging how much to use. I covered a large area, and my floor was quite dirty so I used around 25% of the bottle.
Q4. How would you describe or rate the fragrance of the product? How did you find not having to rinse the floor afterwards?
Nice fresh smell, not over-powering and didn't linger - which I liked. Not rinsing was great, as it meant no need to cart around the mop bucket.
Q5. How much time would you say it saved you? What sort of situation do you think this would be particularly useful for?
I normally spend an hour, and this took about 30 mins - so I've saved about 30 mins. Very useful for large or small areas, I can see me using it for spot cleaning, eg after the kids' mealtimes.
Q6. How effective did you find Cif Express Direct to Floor Cleaner compared to your usual cleaning product?
Just as good.
Q7. The RRP for Cif Express Direct to Floor Cleaner is 2.00 (750ml bottle), do you think you'll be likely to buy it again or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
Seems very reasonable, even if a bottle only lasts me 4 goes!
Q8. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Cif Express Direct to Floor Cleaner to your friends/family? If so, why? If not, why not?
If it came up, then yes I'd mention it. Must admit I make an effort not to discuss household products generally though as I think it's a bit "wifey"... but hey sometimes these things get discussed, and if they did I'd certainly say it was a good product!
