I used Baby Dry size 4 with my 6-month old son.

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?
Package was easy to open, nappies looked nice, fit well, easy to put on, didn't leak. I would use them again, they worked well for us.

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?
I usually use Tesco own brand and they are similar in terms of dryness and leakage protection. The Pampers nappies are more flexible, especially at the sides of the waist band, compared to the Tesco ones so they may be more comfortable for the baby.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?
The supermarket own brand nappies are quite a bit cheaper, I pay 9-10p per nappy, so at that price I'm happy to use the own brand nappies.

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
I would recommend them. With my three DSs I always used Pampers size 1 and 2 then switch them into other brands when they reach size 3.

I wish Pampers made a biodegradable product. I think there is a big hole in the market for more eco-friendly nappies. It's a worry that I am contributing to much to landfill with these nappies.

I tried Pampers size 3 on my 3 month old.
Q1: I like Pampers. My baby never had any kind of rash. These nappies are definitely less bulky and fits around the waist and legs perfectly. I'm using just Pampers and I'll keep using just Pampers.
I have tried using cheaper nappies whith my older daugther when she was in nappies just at night while potty training and she was not happy with it ( we tried 3 other brands!). She was telling me ''bad nappy, I want other nappy!''. Second time round I'm not going to waist money and look for cheaper alternative.
Q2: We have around 2-4 leakage a months and it only happens, when I breasfeed my baby, so I quess when he has a lot of wee comming while laying on the side the nappy is not absorbing it quick enough and it goes out of the top of the waist.
Q3: The nappies are more expensive compared to other brands, but I'm happy to pay a little more for the top quality. It is worth the money to have a dry baby plus less changing of cloths, less washing and ironing to do.
Q4: I would recommend the Pampers, because is the best nappy around.

hi

my little girl is 16 months and I sampled the size 4 nappies.

Q1) they kept my lg very dry and even kept in the poo whilst she is teething because she gets an upset stomach.

Q2) they kept away her nappy rash which is a problem I have had with other brands.

Q3 they are okay priced compared to other brands but the supermarket brands and offers beat them in cost.

A wipes and nappy combo might be a good idea??

Q4) yes I would recommend them plus pampers is a household name and has been for many years so ppl are confident when buying them. its just the price that dictates if people choose between them and a super dry supermarket brand.

My DS has just turned 19 months, and I used size 4 nappies on him.

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

I already used these nappies, and was very happy with them, so not surprisingly I would indeed use them again.

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?

I've only ever used Pampers. I tried the 'Active Fit' ones once, but they were more expensive, and occasionally leaked, so I went back to 'Baby-Dry'. He stays dry, they never leak, they must be comfy as he never indicates he'd like a nappy change even when thay are full - I have to remember! He never gets a rash.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?

Hmmm. Never really looked at other nappies, so not clued up as to price. I buy them with my online shopping, so have no idea how they compare as other brands don't come up on my 'usuals' list. Wouldn't skimp on nappies anyway, not worth a sore bum and sad face imo!

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

I would definitely recommend them, though I would caveat that by saying that different babies suit different nappies, so it's a good idea to try several before settling. One brand does not fit all! This baby is my 5th, so it was Pampers all the way and problem free.

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?
I loved the Pampers Baby-Dry nappies. I like the design of them and the colours were attractive. Yes I would definitely use them again. I had size 4 and my child is 5 ½ months old.

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?
These are the most absorbent nappies that I have found. Although I would say that as with all nappies, once they're soaked, the baby's skin feels wet, but this is relatively nothing compared to other nappies I?ve used. We only experienced one leak but this was due to baby?s body positions rather than the nappy itself.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?
I do think the value of the pack?s are good value for money, although I would hope that the prices were slightly lower in reality. I would also like to think that every so often you would receive a voucher for money off the bigger packs.

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
I have already recommended to a colleague and a friend of mine to get these nappies as soon as she is able to.

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

Personally, I feel they are the best on the market for night time sleeping. I have a little boy, who is 4 1/2 months old, I opted for size 3. They fitted fine and I would use them again for sure. I trust the product and I trust the brand.

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?

It's difficult to compare and contrast the dryness element since his night time sleeps always require him to wear a longer lasting nappy. The nappies are always wet but I couldn't see overall wetness on his skin when I changed him. I personally wouldn't agree with 12 hours of dryness for my child, he gets restless with a wet nappy and does require a change normally around 3/4am when he normally wakes for a feed.

I haven't experienced any leakage with this product. That said, I didn't let my son wear the nappy for the full 12 hours of protection that the product claims. I wish my son would sleep for 12 hours to try :)

I have used sainsbury little ones during the daytime and experienced leakage. Subsequently I stopped using that product.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?

I tend to buy nappies when they are on promotion which tends to be quite frequent in the supermarkets. I do think the product offers good value for money. Inferior products would require more changes and from an environmental and economic view, I don't consider this an option.

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes I would. Every parent wants the best for their child and a sleepless night driven by crappy nappies (quite literally) just wouldn't do!

I am quite close to the Nct girls in our group and I would say at least 6 out of 9 mummies use them. I know of one using the cheeky bots range at tesco. I sticking to what works for me. Pampers is a product I trust and would recommend!

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

They are very soft in comparison to other nappies within the pampers range. I can't fault them for dryness as so far I haven't experienced any leaks at night. I only use the baby dry range at night as I prefer the active fit range for my little boy during the day as he never sits still!

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?

The only other nappies I have ever used are huggies newborn. They leaked on a number of occasions so I have used pampers ever since.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?

I tend to buy pampers baby dry nappies when they are on offer so consider what I pay as good value for money.

I have on numerous occasions recommended pampers baby dry nappies to my friends as I think they are a quality product and in my experience are reliable.

Yes - use fewer nappies as more absorbent, save money on washing as fewer leaks

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes I am definitely buying them again. I liked how thin they felt compared to other types of nappies (both pampers and other brands)

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?

Similar I think.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?

Same answer as above - yes if use fewer nappies as more absorbent, save money on washing as fewer leaks

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?

I would, mainly because of the thinness compared to other brands. I feel like my baby has more freedom to move and kick her legs about.

I tested the baby dry size 3 nappies on my 8 month old who weighs 15lbs

I really like these nappies, they are not bulky and feel soft. As a mum to a baby who is a tummy sleeper, I was having problems with other branded and supermarket own brand nappies leaking at the top, the baby dry have kept him leak free all night. I will definitely be buying them again just for the peace of mind that my baby will be dry overnight.

I think the price of the Baby Dry nappies are expensive, compared to the supermarket own brand nappies, but I tend to wait until they are on offer and then stock up on them. Inevitably though, if my baby stays dry and leak free overnight then I would be happy paying the full price of the nappies.

I would always recommend Pampers to other parents, I have used the New Baby, Baby Dry and Active Fit nappies and never had a problem with them and I've found that they fit really well and they are soft so don't leave red marks on his legs like some other brand nappies do.

Q1. I really liked these nappies, they are by far the best ones i have used for night time on my little boy. They don't quite last the full 12 hours but i would say they keep him dry for about 10 hours, which is far longer than any others we have tried.

Q2 As above they seem to keep my son dry and we have very few leakages, we may get the odd few if he sleeps longer than 10 hours but this doesn't generally happen at the moment.

Q3 These nappies arnt the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for. I now buy these for night use, but use a cheaper brand during the day when be is changed more often anyways. I would be more tempted to buy them to use all the time if they were slightly cheaper.

Q4 I would recommend these nappies, and have on a few occasions. The price puts me off buying them all of the time, but they are worth the money to insure no leaks through the night

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?
I thought they were good, definitely kept his bottom drier than huggies and tescos own. He's had allergic reactions to nappies in the past but these were fine.

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?
Better then both huggies and tesco for dryness. Still relative frequent pooh leaks but no worse than huggies/ tesco.

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?
DS' nursery uses Baby-Dry whereas I use Active Fit so I wanted to see if there was any advantage to me using Baby-Dry instead. I also used Baby-Dry once or twice when he was newborn and I don't know if it's just a perception (false?) but they just still seem less generous than the Active Fit and DS always seems to have red weals from where they're tight against his legs (and he's not particularly chubby). They are slimline when unused, but so are the Active Fit. I particularly dislike the way that when they're full of wee they bulk up into a big lump in the front. The the Active Fit somehow seem to spread it more evenly across the nappy, if you see what I mean. So ultimately I wouldn't use them again but Pampers still have me as a customer!

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?
We had no problems with leaks but I've always used Pampers Active Fit since the early day disasters with supermarket own brand nappies made me think buying anything else was a false economy. (Huggies also never seemed to work for boys and always leaked hugely).

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?
They are really expensive but see above re false economy. I remember being told that 10p per nappy was a good rule of thumb for newborn but I gave up on the economics after too many poo-stained vests. Ultimately with nappies you're over a barrel price-wise, it's a bit of a non-choice. Price and quality-wise I would buy Aldi nappies without hesitation if we had one close to us and the saving wasn't wiped out by the petrol cost (I've been told that they're made by Pampers anyway, not sure if that's true).

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
No, because I still, on balance prefer the Active Fit ones. They just seem to fit DS better and because he's such a wriggler, there's no advantage for me in changing to Baby-Dry as the Active Fit have never leaked either. At the moment we're moving on to Easy-Up pants anyway because I haven't got half an hour to chase DS round the room with a conventional nappy!

Overall I wasnt impressed. My son doesn't sleep through the night so I do a nappy change during tge night anyway however these didn't even last to the half night point we are used too. I wouldn't use again.

They were no where near as good as the usual brand I buy.

They are on the higher end of the price scale but for nappies that work I wouldn't mind paying that price.

Im afraid to say I couldn't recommend.

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?

Very good. I would use them again, certainly for during the night

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?

I use Aldi nappies and I would say they compare more favourably. The dryness at night time (on waking) is much better with pampers than Aldi own

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?

I aim to pay no more than 0.10p a nappy. As such, they can be good value for money if buying in bulk and if you are not using as many nappies in a 24 hour period

Hi there! I tested out size 4 Pampers Baby-Dry nappies on my youngest 8month old DS. I have three DS's and the eldest two are 8 & 6 yrs old so it has been a while since I have had to think about nappies so its been good to assess how they have improved over the years!

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies?
Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not?
A1 - Overall, I think they are very good quality, nice and soft and not too bulky. Quality material is clearly used. My DS is a very big boy and whilst he probably could have done with a 4.5 size, they still kept him very dry at night. My only complaint is that on first inspection of some, and tbe way the are folded, sometimes the leg elastic stuck to the inside of the nappy which tore the lining. Also, on two occasions the sticky tab came off. Both of which rendered the nappy unusable which I found such a waste.

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?
A2 - they compare very well and in fact, with my other DS's I used to prefer another very well known brand beginning with H!!! However, these have now improved to such a degree I now prefer Pampers for dryness guaranteed.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?
A3 - They are actually quite expensive compared to other brands for the amount you get in the packs but the money off vouchers I get sent frequently ensure the costs are affordable.

Q4 If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pampers Baby-Dry nappies to other parents? If so, why? If not, why not?
A4 - Yes I would recommend Pampers Baby Dry. I would just like to see the issues I outline above addressed.

Many thanks for allowing me to take part in the survey :)

Q1 What was your overall impression of Pampers Baby-Dry nappies? Would you use them again? If so, why? If not, why not? Yes definitely, they were very soft, thin compared to the Asda ones I usually use, and worked very well.

Q2 How did they compare with other nappies you've used in terms of dryness and leakage protection?
The best I've used - no leakage at all.

Q3 We've included some info on how much Pampers Baby-Dry nappies cost below - do you think that they're good value for money or not? Why?
They are good value for money because they're a good product, but it's still difficult to justify when supermarket ones do a good job and are significantly cheaper.
