Disclaimer - I love animals and im fascinated by them! But truly some have an aura of menace about them...
To start, I give you the Shoebill Stork. Not dangerous or anything but...disconcerting.



Black Rain Frog. Like an avocado with a face.

Marabou stork. Properly gave me the creeps in Kenya.

Moray eels. Freaky massive wriggly fuckers. Met one in the sea once. Big fat nope.

Wolf spider carrying it’s babies on it’s back

Tardigrades, as @WhateverJohnnyMcNofriends said. My entire worldview shifted after I learnt of the existence of tardigrades. And not in a good way.

Why are coconut crabs always found on the side of bins? Don't they know they're supposed to be in the sea?

Spider crabs and coconut crabs. Like the worst spidet in the world. Just because theyre extra crispy and therefore crabs doesnt make them any less spider for me!

Agree about hyenas. They dont look like they could possibly be nice in any circumstance...and agree about eels. The idea of giant squid isnt very pleasant.

Mandrills and Baboons - terrifying!

Anything that I can't see eg I won't swim in the sea or any open wild water because I can't see what's underneath me.

Some of these are truly horrific. I wish I could unsee the wolf spider. But @Pricklypear12’S frilled shark looks lovely! Smiley and friendly!
