Disclaimer - I love animals and im fascinated by them! But truly some have an aura of menace about them...
To start, I give you the Shoebill Stork. Not dangerous or anything but...disconcerting.



Dolphins, with their weird, creepy Jokeresque smiles.

Star nosed mole

Anything that lives in the sea tbh. I find most sealife creepy .

But particularly blob fish and angler fish.

Lampreys are a horror show. In fact, I'm pretty sure the alien monsters in a Stephen King movie were based on lampreys and attacked from the toilet bowl

Naked mole rat - looks like a penis with teeth, poor thing.

Shoebilled storks will possibly be showing up in my nightmares now.
Hyenas. Always thought of them as small until I saw a photo of a man with one on a lead, which I momentarily mistook for a dog, only huge and viscious looking. Never looked at them the same way again.
Absolutely anything with it's knees higher than it's head.

I’m terrified of them. Even writing it makes me feel ill.

Kangaroos that look like big muscly men are disturbing.

I'm mind own by the moose, I thought they were around the size of a red deer.

Does the poster who mentioned dogs with stretched faces mean a bull terrier? Every bull terrier i've met has been lovely, but the poor things look like they should be cockney gangsters, running a protection racket and talking about what nice young lads the krays were whilst chainsmoking. Poor dogs.
