Anyone lost this? On my backstep if it's yours!

So. Just come in through my back gate to find this on my doorstep....anyone missing a pigeon? Not your average bird, well looked after, has got ring etc but bloody thing won't let me get close enough to get details.

It's currently attacking my pots in hope of food. Am assuming due to high winds been blown off course and is knackered. I have chucked some food out on back step (randomly had some milled linseed in...once a Girl Guide, always a Girl Guide ) and shut in Sassycat (cos that wouldn't end well...I'd be hoovering up feathers for weeks!!!)...

So...anyone think they've lost something today? Or have suggestions of what I could do with it?

Sat outside looking at pidges flying past...at least I know she was kept safe this past week after her exhausting flight in the wrong direction. At least she was looked after and cared for and brought smiles to a fair few people...

...one more smile would be perfect though DGazzie...wherever you are!

I reckon she's got a taste of freedom and she's not going home anytime soon.

Absolutely Errol and hopefully she's just relishing her freedom...but as they are captively bred and trained I think they don't survive too well in the wild as it were...but yep, fingers crossed she's attending a big pidge-party!

Just stalked checked and her owner not been online since last night so hoping he's out and when he gets home she's waiting! 🙏

What's her history? How may times had she flown home or was she a newbie?

She's raced previously right, so has made it back before. She's a two-year old so not sure how many times but she is proven...
