Real post I've seen this week.

"Got some cheap stuff for sale if you want anything"

Cue 20 posts along the lines of;

"Have you got a patio heater hun?"

"No sorry"

Have you got a wheelbarrow?

No, haven't got a wheelbarrow.
Xx

3 days later the thread is still going strong. 20 people have been disappointed that the seller doesn't have what they want and the seller has made no effort to make any suggestion what she does have.

I wouldn't buy a second hand moon cup unless it was glittery Grin

NorbertDentressangle · 07/11/2014 13:57

I've been checking our local fb selling site (well the one where you don't have to join to see what's on offer) since I found this thread but haven't found one piece of glittery shit Sad.

I'm intrigued by how people "glitterfy" these things. Is it some sort of aerosol spray on glitter shit?

BigChiefThunderThighs · 07/11/2014 13:59

This is a thing of beauty! Oh no wait it's mushed up cake in a plastic tube Confused

ClawHandsIfYouBelieveInFreaks · 07/11/2014 14:52

Norber pva and a big tray of loose glitter. Then I reckon they coat it in clear varnish or similar.

IgnoreMeEveryOtherFuckerDoes · 07/11/2014 15:55

Yes that's how they make them, well that's what my at the time 2year old did at preschool with jam jars, with a happiness label and some photos on him in. Don't you lots of Huns be stealing this idea.

Their not even bothering with the cellophane wrap now on mine they just sticking few chocolates in a mug for £2.50, must be due to christmas rush of all things shit.

CrumpleHornedSnorkack · 07/11/2014 16:04

CrumpleHornedSnorkack · 07/11/2014 16:09

I know I have some plastic tumblers left from the multipack I got from Poundland. I dip them in glitter, whack some cheap lollies in them and stick on a name in cheap stickers. That'll sell for a FIVER each.

Have found out.

Someone sold a bloke a 4x4 for £85. Said it needed a new battery.

Sounds like its fucked and the buyer has accused the seller of theft/scamming him.

Patrick they could sell that for £10k easily if they covered it in glitter Grin.

Ooh, there's an idea for a budding entrepreneur - glittery funerals. I bet those cardboard coffins come up a treat!

EhricLovesTheBhrothers · 07/11/2014 16:57

You pay £85 for a car and you expect it to be a write off surely? If they took it to a breaker they would make a profit. Did they expect a functioning 4x4 for £85???

VivaLeBeaver · 07/11/2014 17:11

I know. I imagine the police will laugh.

That willy warmer thing is supposed to be a baby's head band I think. The way it is displayed you'd think they don't want to sell their crap Confused
