As I've not been able to get my mind off cycling all week, I thought I'd see if I could put together a little inspirational playlist for our guys ready for Saturday. Feel free to add more! The first and last are rather obvious choices, but then I am a massive Queen fan and they are rather appropriate...

Loving all the pictures of Cav, he is yummy! Box Hill is a bit of a worry but I think they will be so alert to a breakaway that it will be hard for anyone to get away. Cav's tweet today said that he'd been up it twice with the team so hopefully he's got the measure of it.

evil - you've put a lot of work in there! Probably need some Jam and Who for Wiggo. I do like a bit of Dave Bowie and Daft Punk tho.

This morning I woke up an hour before the alarm. And what was in my head? A really clear image of Cav flying down the Mall, miles ahead of everyone else, "there goes the Missile" and hundreds of people screaming his name as he streaks by. Rather like stage eighteen transplanted to London, really. I am so overexcited, really want this to come true! It's TOMORROW!!!

Just got back from a bike ride - and the joy of the Tour is already making itself known! I got "come on Wiggo" yelled out of a car window at me - brilliant! I giggled

I hope our boys aren't in the parade tonight, I want them tucked up in bed nice and early and fully rested for tomorrow!

Eeek evil! Chris Hoy just said that his opening ceremony uniform had lots of gold- which may explain the disappearance of that funky photo of Bradley .

I'm making my Go Cav poster as I watch the build up . Going to try and get to Richmond park tomorrow. I'm so happy that Wiggins may be featuring in the opening ceremony- they were threatening that the team wouldn't go.
