what do I do?!

I have NEVER moved so fast, was in bed it flew in the window like a bat out of hell and I've ran out slamming the door behind me.

Now tell me it's likely to fly out on his accord whilst I do the school run?

Wordwork · 12/05/2011 18:21

What a horrible heron monsterbear. Those nasty pterodactyl-lookalikes.

BigHairyLeggedSpider · 12/05/2011 19:06

Was it one of these here

HumperdinkFangboner · 12/05/2011 19:09

Big - certainly looks like that fellow.

Dad went in all calm like, then remained calm during the flapping stage and then threw a towel over him, took him downstairs into the garden where he promptly hopped onto the shed, where he remains.

keep · 12/05/2011 19:11

Yay, birdie flew into the garden. Glad he's ok and hope the mess can just be wiped up.

Well done dad.

HumperdinkFangboner · 12/05/2011 19:18

yes well done dad indeed.

I had a long, rambly phone call to the husband, I may have called him useless and told him I was fed up of doing all the donkey work in this house. Blush

Glad it's out - can you sleep somewhere else tonight and deal with the feathers and shit tomorrow?

I sympathise with the rant - my DH is well used to mine (works away all week).
