Inspired elsewhere a thread for your direst examples of wanky corporate speak..... Come ladies, let's run it up the flagpole and see how it flies. For, as one of my old bosses memorably put it 'if we don't succeed, we run the risk of failure'...

Pushing the envelope - no idea what it means, I do know that the envelope isn't a paper enevlope, but is to do with balloning. Still dont know what it means in business terms though.

Dog fooding, as in 'eating your own dog food' - meaning for a business to actually use the products that it produces. Yuk.

Town Hall - a forum or meeting. Very confusing term to use when everyone knows that a Town Hall is a building!

My personal all-time pet-hates - leverage and leveraging - this is something, IMHO you might do with a lever. But every American I have ever worked with has loved to use it when they actually mean 'use', as in we should leverage (i.e. use) that product.
