Are they being quarantined Val? - for all we know PTT may be code for anthrax.

gigglewitch · 10/08/2010 23:59

Aluminium foils thicker than 0.025 mm (0.001 in) are impermeable to oxygen and water. Foils thinner than this become slightly permeable due to minute pinholes caused by the production process.
Still trying to figure out how PTT fits here, but I'm sure I'm on to something

but you won't find me there atm, deactivated my profile til I get back from holiday.

Valpollicella · 11/08/2010 00:36

(please message me after hols. Have a great time Grin)

PTT?? Confused

Glad to see that Crunchy made it out in one-ish piece - and agree entirely that 3pm on Friday would be a great time for the Crunchie-athon, although I think we probably need to get some practice in before then, you know, so we put on a good show on Friday.

GW can lead the way, show us all how it's done.

So - do we get a celebratory plate of chocolate balls as well to prove that Tech has been suitably chastised?

thumbwitch · 11/08/2010 00:48

Oh durrrrrrrr - PTT is of course private troll topic, I am so [fick]

Valpollicella · 11/08/2010 00:50

Maltesers on a platter should be appropriate, non, Thumbwitch? Grin

floweryblue · 11/08/2010 00:50

Thank goodness Crunchie is OK, I thought kids and I had eaten her in ice cream format.
Got to this emergency situation too late to be of any use but if we need boiling water or hot towels, I can do!

floweryblue · 11/08/2010 00:52

would frozen lasagne be any use, I also have torches

thumbwitch · 11/08/2010 01:00

Valpol, I believe you are correct! Although, if it's Big Tech then Ferrero Rocher might be more appropriate... Wink

gigglewitch · 11/08/2010 01:18

pmsl @ ferrero rocher
[big golden balls?]

SolidGoldBrass · 11/08/2010 09:17

BATCD: Sorry, forgot to thank you properly in general shock and trauma and embarrassment at state of gusset after all those frights. Thank you once again for getting me out of there and I don't mnd at all about losing my cider and fags on the way. Or the damage to my boots...

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 11/08/2010 09:19

You are more than welcome. I've still got your fags and cider actually, I kept them for you.

NicknameTaken · 17/09/2010 14:41
