Yes, wonderful title!

Meely, just had a peep on your profile, how goreous are your boys? Excellent photography, the sort of pics I always want to get but can somehow never capture. Are they professional?

Update for anyone who is interested.........

School & nursery start in seventeen days. I have my children booked in at Morecambe but we are still currently in Preston (45 mins away). And when will we be moving in? Well, we have currently stripped every room of paper and carpets, pulled up many many floorboards to replace wiring, plumbing and dodgy gaspipes. Bathroom is very broken, awaiting to be stripped of every appliance and needs a wall rebuilding as the original came away when we pulled off the tiles. Downstairs rooms have nearly finished being replastered but need to wait 5 days for them to dry out before we can seal them, undercoat them, paint them, strip woodwork and repaint it, and scrub and repaint ceilings. Upstairs rooms still waiting to be plastered and receive the same treatment as above. Dodgy stair bannisters still need to be taken out and replaced (and painted/varnished, etc). And the kitchen? Well, we would have started installing it except that we currently have NO FLOOR after discovering that the joists were rotten and need to be replaced, so instead we just have a large hole down to the cellar where the kitchen ought to be.

DH sees no reason why we can't be in there within 17 days........

Oh well, on the plus side at least I'm 31 weeks pregnant, struggling with SPD, waking in the night with unbearable leg cramps, and get to spend all day struggling with two stroppy three year olds and a tempramental five year old. Oh, wait, hang on - that's not good!

Worse than it sounds really. I think I have entered into a blissful state somewhere between denial and hysterical laughter which is not altogether unpleasant. All without the aid of alcahol!

Well...will I ever feel human again? Loving dh being off work for the summer, but absolutely, completely dreading him going back, I'll have 3 under 3 at home and think I might cave.

The girls aren't feeding in any kind of routine, roughly every 2.5 hours, sometimes they'll take 2oz, sometimes 3, sometimes only 1 - it's killing me.

Phew, good to vent...

largeginandtonic · 18/08/2007 15:17

Exceelent title

Poor you Bibi, it does get better, just be mean. Easier said than done i know, wish i could help.

how are you feeling? Is everything going ok?

It's too hot here, dcs are climbing the walls because they can't go out...and that's a very bad combination! (I'm sure you know what I'm talking about ) Dh has just come home so I've handed them over to him for 10 minutes

Had a very cute moment today that I had to share... I took the kids to the shopping (insanity I know, but we had nothing in the house) I said to my littlies, ?now we need some bananas?, then I saw some oranges and walked over to them and as I was musing dd2 said, ?mommy, those aren?t bananas, they?re oranges.? she picked one up, with wide eyes and continued matter-of-factly, ?see, it?s round and orange, that?s how you can tell!? completely innocent! Bless.

tripletsandtwins · 18/08/2007 22:40

Inamuckingfuddle, a belated happy birthday to you!
and

Bibithree, we haven't met, but I just wanted to reassure you that it does get better, it just takes time.

Let her do it....surrepticiously leave a list lying round of all the things you wanted to do but couldnt because you were incapacitated with carrying twins!

Go on....

Mars do you need any more breastfeeding pics? Could get DH to snap a few while he is home

Bloody weather....how is this August, grrrrr
