Ooogs iPads are great. I love mine. Mumsnet really needs a iPad app though.

Geese are a bit on the small side. Past few years I've been cooking for 9 so have done a nice free range chicken as well as the goose. Then all the leftovers gets made into a boxing day pie.

I'm loving the sunshine today.

It's iPhone not iPad afaik. Don't think there is a proper iPad app. The iPhone one isn't too bad for iPhone since the iPhone screen is so small but I don't like it on the iPad much. Do you have an iPhone too oogs?

No iPhone here, htc wildfire! I didn't realise it wasn't an iPad app, it fills my whole page though so it will do!

ooohhh our tom has an ipad shuffle - there is only one problem....its so tiny we regularly play 'hunt the shuffle!!' I described it to my mum as 'like a tape recorder but very, very small.' She thinks its brilliant and pretends to like the music on it LOL.

Did I tell you that my nephew and his wife (Grace's parents) are expecting a little boy in February? Grace is 2 on New Years Eve so they will have their hands full - they are fantastic parents - already saying they would like another one

I'm envious of the pink cover. I have a DVF black and white one. I had a prize of £100 with Matches to use up and there wasn't a pink one. :( Shabs, I had a shuffle til I got my iPhone, they are so teeny! I was terrified of losing mine. My dd would lose it in seconds - we're already playing hunt the ds with her. though she doesn't know I've already found it and hidden it away again cos she couldn't be bothered to look for it properly!

Really must make the effort and cycle to school today, so off to play hunt the shed key now

I can't work out how to customise neither. Can see how to change my own name, but not others?

I have latest at the top too, but indexed pages for easier reading on my phone! I think originally it was always newest at the top, before they kept messing about with the formatting? I have classic style, didn't like all the changes!

Hi, back again, I'm a pale pink, but not done anyone else in colour.
Just got back after spending night in hospital with James, he fell yesterday and hit his front teeth against a wall! 1/4 of one broken and cracked both up the middle! also slight concussion and 2 black eyes. We had only got back from Rememberance Day parade an hour before, and I had taken a lovely photo of them both, now he looks like he has done 6 rounds with Frank Bruno!They have put on a temp cap, and painted both teeth with this enamel stuff, which has to be re-applied every 2 months by the dentist until he is 18 or so, so we will get to know our dentist very well over the next few years.
Dental surgeon just hopes he has done enough to save them both, but he has said we might notice they start to discolour and die anyway

By the way, last Christmas we has the 3 bird roast from Lidl, its duck inside chicken inside turkey, plenty for the 6 of us at dinner, and a nice combination of flavours, oh, and best of all, no carcass to get rid of!
