How much is your total amount owed and what are your monthly payments?

I know the answers will vary hugely but I’m curious as to what other people pay.

Our outstanding amount is £275k and we pay around £1600 per month.

Less than €8,000 and I pay just under €140 a
month. Will be paid off in 4 and a half years. I could pay it off in the morning but I get free banking with the same bank!!

£440 plus £260 overpayment a month, so £700 at present. £75000 left. Its due for renewal at the end of November so just trying to pay down as much as I possibly can before then.

Outstanding £125k, monthly payments £800, but we overpay by £150 every month.

Ours is about the same as yours!

12k £350 a month. Im paying off the lot next year. I choose to pay that much a month.

252k left, 1380 per month but the rate is crap. Hoping for a better rate when we re mortgage in 18 months time

£100,000 we pay £635 a month and have overpaid £10,000 this year. We overpay in a lump sum each year.

We paid ours off a few years ago (best feeling ever) but I can tell you that our repayments were around 15% of our monthly income.

£75,000 left, paying £1,220 a month, overpaying slightly.

£300k and about £1300 a month

About £100k left, pay £550 a month. Really need to start overpaying to get the term down, but there's always something that needs money thrown at it more urgently

£530,000 and pay £2,700 per month. We are due to remortgage later this year after 5 years fixed at a low rate, so anticipating an even bigger hit

£280k with repayments of £1300 a month. We overpay on top of that.

It couldn’t have come at a better time as I’m probably going to have to retire early due to ill health so it’s a lot of pressure removed

211k and 1700ish a month.

90k. Repayment is £428 a month, but we choose to pay £700 instead.
