hi everyone, i posted a few weeks back about getting the someone living with you accusation letter. i've nothing much to up date other than having a 24p increase in my tax credits this morning. my docs were signed for on the 19th of june and i've heard nothing from concentrix. i gave up trying to get through on the phone as it was costing so much. anyone else have an increase but have had nothing back from them?

babyalan13 · 13/08/2015 08:46

Well got my tax credits yesterday(but 80 pound less) I phoned them!! So apparently I owe them 400 now and there taking it of me every week!! But its a big drop won't go back to normal till end of September!!

Cazzy34 · 13/08/2015 10:59

I posted on the other thread I was following! Oops!

I've been worried every week to see if my tax credits are actually going to go in. I've been waiting for months, but apparently its just gone to a decision team! So more waiting! Why do they take so long? It awful?

Also are all of you single mums? I kinda feel that its mostly single mums that are targeted... why is that?

I did my renewal online with the HMRC in may and got a text saying I will get a decision in 8 weeks. Because my case is with Concentrix this doesn't apply apparently.

Oh I also found out that you can claim your phone bill cost for phoning them. Maybe we should all do that, it might get them to improve the service for other people in the future.

How long did it take them to sort your claim?
x

Dollygem · 13/08/2015 12:33

I need to claim mine as my phone bill this month is £144!!! Instead of £40! I'm going to get an itemised bill and highlight all my calls to them, does anyone know the address of where to send the complaints too?? X

Missyb36 · 13/08/2015 13:27

MissE84 · 13/08/2015 16:52

Has everyone that had their no change letter received their new award? How long is it taking?

weemo48 · 13/08/2015 17:39

update on this morning. i've had a no change to your award notice at last! dated the 6th of august. i hope everyone else gets good news too. just have to wait for the new award notice so i can apply for school meals, uniform grant and ema. i bet the hold up will hold these up too.

Scousejo1967 · 13/08/2015 19:25

Girls just a question how long after the no change letter did you get you're award letter just confused with it all now as got a letter final award for year ending 2015 bit provisional for this year to 2016

utdfan · 14/08/2015 09:01

I got my award notice a couple of weeks ago even though concentrix were still looking into things ????. This included my final tax credit award for last year and amounts for this year.

Last week I got documents back and this week I got a letter from concentric confirming no changes to award.

Annflowers1 · 14/08/2015 09:34

Hi can somebody please help, has this happens to anyone else!? I was asked to prove my childcare with the threatening letter so I sent them a years of receipts well in time. I then got a plastic bag back stuffed with my receipts!! I assumed concentrix had sent them back But I then received a letter telling me I had not replied! I called them and the guy said they got my letter but never scanned my docs for some reason so gave me another 10 days to send again, this was a month ago they have halfed my payments! Spoke with them again today and was told they have put my payment back up but this is now down to hmrc to unvary!!!! And to top it all of my case is not closed!!!!!

Annflowers1 · 14/08/2015 10:18

And my pAyments have not gone back up!!!!??

Scousejo1967 · 14/08/2015 10:29

Ann ring Hmrc bit confused what do you mean down to Hmrc to unvary? X

Annflowers1 · 14/08/2015 10:58

That's what concentrix said, they varied my payments cos I never sent evidence, which I did! But after the phone call I made 3 weeks ago they told hmrc to unvarying them again which they haven't and to me not to contact hmrc til next week but iv now gone 4 weeks on half payments and haven't been able to pay the nursery

Scousejo1967 · 14/08/2015 13:09

I would ring Hmrc and ask them to put you're payments up. Ask to sisal to a manager and put in a complaint to Preston office . They are a joke

Annflowers1 · 14/08/2015 13:24

Il give them a ring thanks

mc1970 · 14/08/2015 14:33

Catmto3 · 16/08/2015 11:05

Fingers crossed it's coming to an end, I have this awful niggly feeling it's going to take forever to get a decision.
