Just a bit of an update from me, rang HMRC on Saturday to make sure they had taken the suspension off my payments and to see if the missing payments had come back yet, I got what must of been a 12 year old on the other end telling me I had been paid to which I said I hadn't as they had sent it to an account that has been closed for over 8 weeks now, then I asked if the suspension had been lifted to release payment for this week to which I was told no! I said well the man on Friday said he had lifted it, to which he replied with yeah well it's only been a day and it takes a minimum of 48hrs to update you know, and it's not even a working day!!! (Saturday) to which I got snotty and said funny that as I'm at work today and I'm pretty sure you are!! He then said basically you will get paid when you get paid! I said can you tell my four kids that who have been stuck in all week as I'm having to work everyday at the minute to get money to feed them! He didn't want to know. The guy on Friday told me to ring Tuesday but I'm tempted to ring this morning and see if any things changed.

mc1970 · 10/08/2015 08:56

Hi dollygem just tried hmrc they are not taking any calls at this time too busy !! Also tried concentrix no luck probably would have been on hold all morning will ring them both later, good luck

Morgan97 · 10/08/2015 09:11

Omg Dolly how rude was he,get a complaint in hun that's all we can do is complain,in spite the fact I'm sorted now I've written five complaint letters and not one of them has been acknowledged yet they've all been signed for! And I think every day is a working day now isn't it??

Scousejo1967 · 10/08/2015 10:05

Morgan my first complaint letter I had a case worker who kept in touch with me and Concentrix the second tier I got a reply to my Hmrc complaint letter 6 weeks after a standard letter apologising and we know how important tax credits are we need to check to se There right blah blah blah crap. Think by then it had escalated in. The amount of complaints . I'm taking it further .

mc1970 · 10/08/2015 12:48

Hi again been on to concentrix they tell me they cant comment as my case details were locked at the moment anyone else had this exuse thsnks in advance xx

Morgan97 · 10/08/2015 12:54

Don't blame you scousejo you do right taking it further,I know Admiral got a reply and is still waiting compensation for the phone calls etc. I don't think they really thought this through to be honest.mc1970 have you tried ringing hrmc and see what they say about this?

OP posts:
mc1970 · 10/08/2015 13:19

Yes morgan rang them first i was told i had to speak to concentrix to get them to pit my working hours back to 16 did try they would even put a manager on all at a meeting, makes my blood boil as tax credits advisor tells me im entitled to wtc ive been on it for years have also sent a compalaint to hmrc has been signed but not on system x

Dollygem · 10/08/2015 14:29

Just spoke to HMRC again! And they just said they have put the two payments I missed last week together and are just spreading it over the year! That's no good I needed my payment for last week to pay bills, now I've got to spread the bills I've missed last week over other weeks!! I thought they normally just sent you a back dated payment seeing as it was there fault!! And she couldn't even tell me if I will get money this week, she could see how much I was going to get but not when it's going to be sent! Had enough now

Catmto3 · 10/08/2015 14:37

What arses. I rang again today and they said decision is being made as we speak, was about 1ish.
How long does it take from deciding to actual decision make??

Dollygem · 10/08/2015 15:01

I'm just on hold to concentrix now to find out about my appeal, I'm not sure about how long the decision takes as they told me two weeks when they had already posted it out to me! Don't think they have a clue

Dollygem · 10/08/2015 15:14

Just got through and again told I'm looking at 2 weeks for decision. But she did say all my letters are on the system now so hopefully it won't take long for them to look at.

Morgan97 · 10/08/2015 15:21

This just gets worse! Dolly surely if its their fault they should be giving you the payment now not spread it out! Catmo3 yes they are complete arses n they definitely haven't a clue what they're doing. Girls get complaints in but don't expect a quick reply!

Dollygem · 10/08/2015 17:17

I rang them back and told them I've had to borrow money to cover last weeks payment and to pay bills so I need it in full, the man was very understanding and went to speak to a manager but apparently now the system has recalculated the payments they can't do it. This weeks payment still hasn't been authorised so although they can see what I will get they don't know when im going to receive it! He said if it runs past the date that next weeks should be sent then it will be recalculated again so that will get spread over the year too! It's so frustrating as its there fault and my money is sat just waiting to be sent they just don't know when it will be

babyalan13 · 10/08/2015 19:16

Morgan97 · 10/08/2015 19:49

Hey how's you baby, how was your holiday?isn't it nice to see positive posts for a change. Dolly I can't believe what they're doing to you,did you get the guys name today? Can you ring again n ask to speak to a manager they shouldn't be putting you in this position it's their fault not yours x

OP posts:
babyalan13 · 11/08/2015 08:30

Hay aye not to bad at the moment. Great wee holiday unfortunately back to reality now!! Got another extra payment from ta x credit last week again!! Heaven knows why!!,

Morgan97 · 11/08/2015 09:06

Awwww pleased you had a good time, after all the stress bet you feel loads better now. Not sure about why you got an extra payment, they usually make an extra payment for whatever reason then we panic, spend ages holding on the phone they tell us it's for a good reason, then we get a letter the same day telling us the same. We can't win cos we always stress about an extra payment n it usually turns out ok x

Catmto3 · 11/08/2015 13:51

Rang tax credits today and they said there is a note on the system from concentrix saying they are processing. Is it sad I'm excited that the end is near haha

Morgan97 · 11/08/2015 14:15

No Catmo it's not sad, fingers crossed they hurry up n get it sorted for you.

I felt like I had won the lottery. I'm going on holiday sat and actually thought I can now buy the kids I've cream etc without worrying. Bet bloody David Cameron doesn't have to think like that he should be ashamed of himself. We are working women why are we being punished like this makes me so angry, good luck to those waiting I really feel for you now my 3 mths nightmare is over x

Morgan97 · 11/08/2015 14:40

Aww bless ya scousejo,I didn't think my nightmare would end to be honest. I'm going on holiday on Monday and I so need the break after what me n dd have gone through. Yes David dickhead Cameron should be ashamed of himself but he won't cos he doesn't live in the same world as us! Enjoy your holiday Scousejo x

Anyone who remembers my post from last week? Stressing my brains out as my documents had disappeared well annoyed as he'll I spent the last week gathering info once again got it all together yest ready to send and thought il give them a ring see if by some miracle the have found it to my surprise the lady I spoke to said that there was a note attached to my file and that a decision had been made not to amend my claim she couldn't say if my documents were there but could confirm that although she did say that I would receive a letter in about 3 weeks and should also get my finalised renewal.. I don't want to shout yay it's over as until I see it in writing does this sound genuine it seems funny how 5 days ago they had no documents on screen I was advised they are lost to send more to getting a decision sound a dodgy to me??

Morgan97 · 11/08/2015 15:47

Kayleighdean, just confirms what we've all said they tell lies, over n over again! A letter in THREE weeks time how come it takes that long blimey you could go n pick it up yourself in that time n if you walked there n back you'd still have a few days left. So pleased everything has worked out n yes you won't believe it till you see it in writing.
