Oh bless you! It must be 10 times worse with no money coming in - I really hope it's sorted for you soon and they backdate it ... What a nice lump sum it'll be for you!!

They won't give me a timescale - basically I'm told to ring every few days .... Thankfully I still have payments but if they're reduced/stopped its game over ... No money to pay for childcare or food or dinner money etc etc .... I'm literally on the edge all the time 😩

Notjustamummy1 · 30/11/2015 20:24

I dont understand how they can get away with doing this and wen you call they don't actually theres no compassion its fine they screw people over to feed there children my youngest is just a bad my old has food allergys all her stuff is so expensive its unfair

Notjustamummy1 · 30/11/2015 20:24

Was meant to say a baby

JBEM4 · 01/12/2015 08:53

Ok now I'm confused - just made my daily (getting fed up of waiting) call and was told the decision will be made today or tomorrow and I'll receive a letter by next week and I'm to wait for the letter as they wont be able to tell me the decision over the phone??!

From what I've read a lot of people have been told over the phone and been told it'll be confirmed by letter?????

I have a bad feeling? Do you think the decision is on their screens and she didn't want to tell me so just wanted to get me off the phone???? 😩

Notjustamummy1 · 01/12/2015 09:07

They have told me that they will sort it n ill get a letter soon but still never happened she probably doesnt have a clue and just wanted to get you off the phone i wouldnt stress out more just yet they have told so many lies etc what about phoning hmrc atlot of people have says they knew about there desision xx

JBEM4 · 01/12/2015 09:39

Could be worth a go - I'll give them a call and see what they have to say x

Croy1985 · 01/12/2015 10:02

They refused to tell me over the phone, I had to wait for a letter but it was good news. So don't panic. Even tho it took 15 weeks to sort with no money

Notjustamummy1 · 01/12/2015 10:04

On phone now so see what they say x

Notjustamummy1 · 01/12/2015 10:08

A desision has been made thwy cant tel me what i will recive a letter in the next week so we shall see

JBEM4 · 01/12/2015 10:13

I wish they'd be consistent - some people are told over the phone 😕

Good luck notjust!! Really hope it's good news for you x

Notjustamummy1 · 01/12/2015 10:16

God luck to you aswell I actually feel sick now this has been so much unnecessary stress they really are clueless.. Callin hmrc now to see if they are any better xx

Notjustamummy1 · 01/12/2015 10:33

Called hmrc they have says they have overturned desision so my claim should be reinstated but to call friday x

JBEM4 · 01/12/2015 10:38

They already had the decision!!?? That's amazing news - so pleased for you!! X

JBEM4 · 01/12/2015 11:03

Hmrc have nothing other than concentrix haven't updated the system at all so it shows that they're still waiting for information from me - advised to call concentrix to double check there's nothing outstanding that would delay the decision.

Called concentrix and was told nothing outstanding and its in a queue for a decision which should be soon and I'll receive a letter in the next few weeks - advised her that I was told a decision would be made either today or tomorrow, that I'd have a letter next week and I wouldn't be given a decision over the phone - all twollox apparently! No timescale can be given but it should be dealt with this week, a letter will take 10 working days to get to me and as long as the decision has been made and a letter sent out they can advise you of the outcome over the phone ...

#stress!

Morgani97 · 01/12/2015 13:41

Lovely to read some good news on here for a change. Not really fair to not give a decision over the phone though, why not, don't they realize they're prolonging the agony.

Notjustamummy1 · 01/12/2015 14:57

Not holding my breath tho ive been told too many timea that they haveit sorted so ill wait for a letter i do hope u hear soon and its good news x

JBEM4 · 02/12/2015 08:35

At least if Hmrc have been given the all clear they should be quick to reinstate .... Did they tell you if it'll be backdated?

Had so many happy endings on here lately I've no doubt mine will be the bad news haha ..... Cross that bridge when I come to it eh?

Notjustamummy1 · 02/12/2015 09:59

She says i had to call back friday to make sure the desision has been over turned ive had so much of them tellin me its finished and its not ive been in tears that much worrying about xmas and my little girls bday is the week after so im not trusting them until i see proof..

Wont get a payment for the over 1200 there gonna split it between payments which is bollox but what can i do.

Maybe yours will be good news to they cant punish you for nothing i think it's disgusting how the treat people like were gonna lie down n take it so they canget a bonus check no thank you i no people who should b checked on claimin everything they can when they arnt entitled to it but get away with it x

JBEM4 · 02/12/2015 10:42

It is what it is hun - I have a budget in place if they stop the tax credits (we can afford the bills and nothing else ... Who needs to eat anyways and I'm sure the kids would love to come to work with me since I can't pay the childminder) ... I'm trying to sit on my hands to stop myself calling them again today 😁

Sorry do you mean you had an overpayment of £1200?? Was this decided now or is it an old overpayment? X

JBEM4 · 02/12/2015 10:55

Couldn't help myself and thank god I called them! They wrote to me on 18th November asking me to write to them and tell them what date I opened my shop. Gave them the dates over the phone and system was updated. Called regularly since and have been told several times that this information isn't required and my decision will be made soon.

Just been told I do have to send that letter in as they want a written copy of this information before a decision will be made ....

I want to cry!!!!!!!! How much longer can this go on for??

Notjustamummy1 · 02/12/2015 12:00

No they havent paid me for near 13 weeks 120 odd a week so thats how much they have taken from me we have just survived and no more off my other money but no luxurys at all some bills have had to b unpaid and a ve had to borrow to pay rent n stuff its unreal.

I don't understand them all all its taken months and uve not recived a letter and they couldnt have says wen you called before its a joke how much longer can they actually keep you waiting there point less nd useless x

Morgani97 · 02/12/2015 13:40

Notjustamummy1 when I got mine backdated (14.5 weeks) I got it in two separate payments within a week so hopefully you and everyone else will get back dated payments like this too. Fingers crossed for you all x

Notjustamummy1 · 02/12/2015 13:44

That would be great if they did that then thanks fingers crossed.. How long after u got ur payments restarted x

Morgani97 · 02/12/2015 14:27

Notjustamummy1 I got two fairly large payments on the Wednesday and Friday then my weekly payments started the following week. I found out I was getting the payments when I rang them but I didn't get the letter telling me until the week after I got the payments x
