I was told weeks ago that my case was with a decision maker, still nothing & I'm starting to get depressed especially as I have a 3 week old baby & a 6 year old to feed & what not. Christmas is looking gloomy this year for me if they don't get back to me soon about the decision or give me a payment. £100 a fortnight to live off is nothing when you have a baby to buy nappies & milk for weekly. :/

It's a terrible situation, especially if it goes on for months & your payments get stopped. I've lost over a stone in weight & the worry is building coming up to Christmas. I can't even think about it, it's going to be awful this year.

JBEM4 · 16/11/2015 11:20

Oh ladies I really feel for you. At least I still have my payments at the moment (touch wood!) .... I'm still so confused how I can prove he doesn't live here just by sending in paperwork!!!!!! I just want to know one way or the other now so I can get on with my life x

Cazzamoody · 16/11/2015 11:21

nikkileighxox123 When did your money stop? I'm the same another person linked to address EX he pays kids phone bills contract in my address! Every Friday I'm praying I've been paid! Had my paperwork bk with one week and when I called he said as I've put my paperwork in on time my money won't stop! I just don't trust what they say after reading everyone else's posts. Confused

Cazzamoody · 16/11/2015 11:22

*Within one week

Cazzamoody · 16/11/2015 11:28

I spend all my time waiting for the poxy postman ..... Then nothing apart from everyday bills grrrrr it's so frustrating.

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 16/11/2015 11:33

JBEM I know what you mean about just wanting to know either way! Even if it's bad news at least I'll be out of my misery! In a way thinking about it I'm glad my payments have stopped as if it's bad news they'd want it all back anyway! My ex has nothing at this address so I'm not worried about that side of it but obviously it's flagged up and I explained to them it could only be the broadband subscription but the direct debit for it comes from his bank at his address where his bank account is registered, Concentrix were happy with that on the phone & told me to put it in writing with my mandatory reconsideration. If they are just going to base it on that it's a joke!

Cazzamoody SNAP!!

sdarbyscentsy · 16/11/2015 12:09

my case closed with concentrix on 28th oct 2015. No changes needed as i have been claiming for correct childcare. I started LO in nursery on 21st Sept and have been £46 out of pocket ever since. Concentrix will not action any changes and neither will HMRC as they say they have seen nothing on the system to back up the fact my case is ok and finalised. Do I really have to wait 8 weeks after closure date for back dated childcare costs?

xx

nikkileighxox123 · 16/11/2015 12:33

Cazzamoody my money stopped on the 7th September for my son, I've informed them that I've had my daughter 2 days after she was born & they've just added her onto my child tax claim but still aren't receiving the money for either children. It's so hard being a single parent with two children & all the stress from this is giving me headaches everyday. Healthy start won't send me any vouchers til they know I'm entitled to my child tax so I'm sure you can imagine the worry & strain it's causing me. Concentrix know that I'm not receiving my healthy start vouchers but are saying they can't even give me a timeframe as to how long it will take to make a decision on the case. Its ridiculous

Cazzamoody · 16/11/2015 13:19

When did you receive your first letter from them? Did they stop money before you sent them information? That's so awful for you with a baby as well.. They just don't seem to care how stressed it makes everyone and Christmas coming up.

efergie82 · 16/11/2015 19:08

So unfortunatly it looks like the letters have started again, good luck ladies xxxxx

Woken up at 6 by officer from high court banging on my door!! Wanted payment for unpaid TV licence that I fell behind on due to having my tax credits stopped for nearly 22weeks! Pay £740 or come in and remove goods. He literally gave me 10mins to sort it. Got someone to pay over the phone for me but was and am now a wreck! My little ones got woken up and were crying and he was recording me! Concentrix have a lot to answer for, I'm going through hell!! I can't cope anymore.

Haggis48 · 17/11/2015 07:41

Aww sweetheart how awful!!! It must come to an end soon hang in there ?? Xx

JBEM4 · 17/11/2015 07:53

Oh A1b that's awful - how much in costs have to licence added on to get it to £740!?!? Shock

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 17/11/2015 08:11

They added an admin fee of £100 enforcement £300 something else was £110 and the initial debt with costs added to that! I can't believe what I'm going through! I literally have £2 to live on this week & then this! I thought things couldn't get any worse, I was wrong!

KatharineClifton · 17/11/2015 10:38

Have you been to your MP yet A1b? This is absolutely the thing they should be helping people with!

forest01 · 17/11/2015 11:44

All that because you didnt pay your tv licence...that is just terrible for you!!!

Cazzamoody · 17/11/2015 15:09

Systems are down! He tried to say as I'm getting paid all will be well but how can he say that when he can't even look at my case. Hmrc said my payments are still going through but can't tell me what's happening with concentrix I have to speak to them. RUBBISH.

ineedamoreadultieradult · 17/11/2015 15:17

So after sending my paper work ooff in June I have just had a letter saying thank you for agreeing with us your childcare costs are £X you will need to make repayments we will write to you about this soon. Well Ok fine I admit I did make a mistake and I do owe them money however they have continued to pay me the incorrect amount despite me putting the corrected amounts on the renewal form. It's as if they didn't get my renewal however they must have otherwise the payments would have stopped.

Croy1985 · 18/11/2015 07:18

A1b2 I totally feel for u, something needs to happen. They are dragging this out far to long and it's not fair on u or the kids.

Cazzamoody · 18/11/2015 08:48

Good news, I called them this morning and it's case closed no changes! I know how worrying this is for most people going through this but they do seem to be getting through case loads much faster. Mine was adult linked to address. It was dealt with yesterday. Good luck to all of you! My dead line was the 12th so might be worth a call if yours was around the same time xx
