Yes I'm not entitled to DHP as its still showing on their system that I'm in receipt of Tax Credits.!!

MissE84 · 18/09/2015 12:59

Housing benefit should pay all your rent until your case is sorted. They have to.

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 18/09/2015 13:11

No because she said if they backdate the Tax Credits then I wouldn't have been entitled to the extra help. I told her I have no idea when I will even get a payment as Concentrix don't give you any answers.

MissE84 · 18/09/2015 14:13

Idiots!! Hope you sort it hun xx

Croy1985 · 18/09/2015 19:52

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 19/09/2015 09:46

Well I spoke Concentrix again last night after being on hold about an hour & he said a decision had been made but he wanted to put me back on hold while he read all the information. He came back on to tell me that it was still believed that someone else was living at my address. As I explained the house I live in has been rented out over 17years and I receive post for about 4 different people! I know need to write a letter asking for mandatory reconsideration & send in more documentation to prove that I live alone & everything is in my name to get the decision overturned. This is no problem but I just wish it hadn't taken them 14weeks to get to this point! God knows how long it's going to take now I'm sending more documents! They had the ones they originally requested for 10weeks! I have nothing, I literally don't know what I'm going to do.

Stompylongnose · 19/09/2015 10:30

I had an email from the council to say that my children's free school meals had been reinstated which is important since ds2 brought home a letter about a residential and I'll be able to pay a reduced amount because of the FSM.
I had a letter from HMRC about my complaint. I received £10 to cover calls and £100 as compensation to cover delays. I sent my complaint to Louise Boyle via email about 10 days ago so surprised at the speed,

Croy1985 · 19/09/2015 10:43

Was the complaint about the fsm

Croy1985 · 19/09/2015 14:12

Who is Louise Boyle?
I sent a complaint letter to hmrc 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing

Croy1985 · 19/09/2015 18:28

Good news got home from work to see I have a letter saying they don't need to change my award notice. Hope this means money will be in my account as it's been 15 weeks

MissE84 · 19/09/2015 22:03

Croy1985 happy for you. Yes you should have your money next week. They must reinstate all the weeks
They haven't paid you. Glad it's over for you. Xx

shells30 · 19/09/2015 22:32

A1b2c3 sorry to hear ur battle with these people is still on goin but don't give up hope I'm sure they can't stop your money just because other people's post is coming to your address hopefully the nxt load of documents they get from you will erase them out of your life there nothing but a pain in the ass. What documents did you have to send the first time?.... Croy1985 glad to hear you got sorted it must be a big relief for u

Croy1985 · 20/09/2015 10:14

Thank you to everyone for their support and all the advice. I think I would of given up if it wasn't for all of u xxx

Croy1985 · 21/09/2015 07:06

Does anyone know how long it takes them to Unsuspend ur payments and if they give it in one payment or pay abit earlier

donajimena · 21/09/2015 07:13

Hi all. I can't find my original post as I re registered on here but my investigation was due to a working hours query. The upshot was that it took 8 weeks to get a decision but my reward has remained unchanged and it didn't get suspended.
i hope you all get a resolution soon.
it was particularly stressful as I work for myself and I couldn't supply any of the evidence required.
I'm sorry to read that a lot of you have still not had a decision. Its truly shocking.

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 21/09/2015 10:31

Croy1985 I'm really pleased to hear that yours is sorted. You must feel so relieved.

Croy1985 · 21/09/2015 10:53

Just called them again to see when i will start getting my money and they said they can't tell me, just that my suspension has been lifted. I will be happy when I see money in my account

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 21/09/2015 11:52

So still a bit of a waiting game but should be soon I imagine but who knows with these people!

Croy1985 · 21/09/2015 12:05

Hope things have improved for u, no money for 15 weeks, I need to get out of my growing overdraft before my bank tell me off

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 21/09/2015 12:13

No not really, I'm in it up to my neck! I feel slightly more positive today but it's come with the determination that I will get through it. I have to for my kids. I'm 15weeks without money this week.

shells30 · 21/09/2015 12:33

Well the postmans been and gone.....and guess wat still nothing! This is driving me f**king mad. Went to collect my money this morning shaking like a leaf, luckily it was in but I don't think I can cope living like this I just need a answer hate phoning them cause they make me feel worse..... Rant over.....lol

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 21/09/2015 13:19

shells good to hear you're still getting your payments but like you say a letter with a final decision would be helpful just so you can live without the worry of not knowing. I would never have known that I needed to send more documents if I didn't call on Friday evening, he said that a letter had been sent out last Tuesday to inform me but still not received it today! There's no way it takes a week to just send a letter! Anyway it's not the news I had hoped for but at least I can now send the further documents and then just sit & wait again I suppose! He assured me it wouldn't be another 14weeks but who knows. I'm actually quite scared to send them as they had the first lot for 10weeks. Hopefully your outcome will be good news first time.

Morgan97 · 21/09/2015 13:32

Been reading recent posts n thought I'd let you know that my money went into the bank before I received my letter I only knew about it because I rang them AGAIN and they told me.
