Croy1985 I hope they honour what they've told you & you get yours sorted. shells I've just given up hope unfortunately, don't even want to get up in the mornings to deal with the same old crap.

Croy1985 · 16/09/2015 17:03

I won't hold my breath but we will see. I'm giving them till next Friday and I wanna see money in my account

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 16/09/2015 17:10

Well I rang Friday morning, held for 50mins & was told systems down so call back around 1, like they knew they would be back on then! Called back & held 50mins again & that's when I was told after explaining I'd had no money for 13weeks that he would put a note on to rush it through quicker. When I questioned if that was a guarantee he said no!

Croy1985 · 16/09/2015 18:35

I have no hope then

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 16/09/2015 18:52

Make sure you post on here when you hear from them, keep me updated. Fingers crossed for you.

Croy1985 · 16/09/2015 18:56

I will let u all know as soon as I know

Morgan97 · 16/09/2015 20:43

Please get hold of your local mp,they have a hotline to tax credits apparently and can ask questions on your behalf. Also the CAB can help with things like food parcels. I know it's stressful but I know what you're going through I had no money from them for 14 weeks it was awful. Don't give up x

MissE I rang they said they will update it and send me new award I asked if it would affect next weeks payment they told me it could it can take 2 weeks x

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 17/09/2015 10:01

Well it's now been 4weeks since I had my documents back & heard nothing since other than my pointless phone call Friday that resulted in me being on hold for an hour & 40mins in total to be told nothing. Emailed mp and got an email back sayin turnaround is 7days which doesn't help me as my landlord already texted me at 9am this morning reminding me my rent deadline is tomorrow.

Stompylongnose · 17/09/2015 11:37

I thought that my saga had ended but my children's schools called me and said that the council has revoked their entitlement to FSM.

The School Meals department aren't answering their phone so Ive had to email but they are saying that start of the term = big backlog so I dont know when I'll get them back but at least I can pay temporarily.

shells30 · 17/09/2015 12:13

A1b2c3d4E5f6 what does ur mp mean by turnaround in 7 days.... Sorry for being stupid...lol

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 17/09/2015 12:31

shells30 no worries. It's basically an automated email that responds when you send your email to let you know that they have received yours & that you should expect a response up to 7days later.

Croy1985 · 17/09/2015 18:35

A1b2c3d4E5f6 hope they sort it out ASAP, hopefully ur landlord might have a heart, u have paid as much as u can.

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 17/09/2015 19:14

Me too. I had to buy nappies today with 10p & 5p pieces. Used the self serve just to keep some dignity.

Croy1985 · 17/09/2015 19:38

I do feel for u, if I didn't live with my mum I wouldn't know how I would cope. They need to know what they have done to u. Have they said when it might be sorted?
They told me by next week, but after hearing what they are doing to u, I won't hold my breath

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 17/09/2015 19:43

Well last Friday he said give it a week but that was just for calling back not that it would be sorted by then so have no idea. He said about putting a note on there about my situation to try rush it but said that wasn't a guarantee that they would do it faster. I lost my dad when I was 7 & my mum at 17 so have nobody close to help. Everyday I wait for the post hoping for an end to it all but still waiting.

Croy1985 · 17/09/2015 20:12

My fingers are crossed for u, hope ur landlord has a heart and gives u more time. Have u spoke to the council? Cos surely if u r not getting any tax credits they would pay more of ur rent? They don't wanna see u and ur kids on the street

Croy1985 · 17/09/2015 20:15

What was urs stopped for? Cos he said mine should be sorted in a week cos they just need to check what the earn, I don't pay any childcare or anything, so it should be a simple check on what is paid in each month from work

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 17/09/2015 20:17

I'll call Concentrix back tomorrow like they told me to & if no change then I'll have to call council & ask if there's any help available. Good luck with yours & definitely let us know .

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 17/09/2015 20:21

Mines about a partner living at this address but this property has been a rental for 17years & I always get post for about 5 different people & I've lived here for 2years. I've even had bailiffs here for previous tenants.

Croy1985 · 17/09/2015 21:41

Stupid that they are taking so long

Morgan97 · 17/09/2015 22:05

Ladies they don't rush themselves they make demands for documents to be sent then keep us waiting. This thread is now on part 7 and nearly everyone has had a similar situation with the waiting game it's so bloody unfair.

OP posts:
A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 18/09/2015 10:49

Well I've had post this morning & nothing from Concentrix again! I'm going to have to call them again from my phone that I won't be able to pay the bill for next week! Today I'm angry!

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 18/09/2015 11:22

And surprise surprise systems are down so can't access my case. Was told exactly the same thing last Friday morning.

KatharineClifton · 18/09/2015 11:25
