I don't even have an overdraft facility on my account so I can make sure I'm never in the red. The money I got today which was housing benefit I've paid straight to my landlord and sent a message saying I will pay the outstanding as soon as I have it. That's all I can do. May have to speak to the council tomorrow but the way my lucks going I'm not expecting much help.

Croy1985 · 15/09/2015 21:56

I wish I didn't have an overdraft but I guess I will have to pay them fees also.
Hopefully the council will be able to help u X but concentrix need to sort there system out

Phone your council tomorrow and ask how to claim it. Probably they won't help, but it's worth a try.

MissE84 · 15/09/2015 22:25

I work in retAil too, but I will be getting 697 a month of my wages. Coy1985

MissE84 · 16/09/2015 00:14

A1b2c3d4e5f6 go to your local council and explain it to them that they have stopped your payments they need to pay all your rent.

Croy1985 · 16/09/2015 07:35

Missyb36 · 16/09/2015 09:21

Does anyone know if all claims have 2 be finalised by the 31st of August and if so wat happens to the claims that haven't been looked at yet?

Stompylongnose · 16/09/2015 10:20

You have to send in your TC form by 31 July but when I sent mine in online, I got a text to say that it takes up to 8 weeks to process.

shells30 · 16/09/2015 11:08

So we should all hear something before the 25th of september?...... absolutely shocking how long this shit is going on. Have 2 say it's one the the worst summers I've ever had ??

MissE84 · 16/09/2015 11:12

Missyb36, no I haven't called them yet still waiting for my contract. I have had an increase on my hours as this week. I spoke to dolly she said just they update your hours and give them estimate of your income that's all.

MissE84 · 16/09/2015 11:13

What about you? Have you spoken to them? Croy1985 what is your check?

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 16/09/2015 11:25

Is that right that we should all hear by 25th September? Is this guaranteed or just an assumption? It's gone on so long I can't see it ending any time soon.

MissE84 · 16/09/2015 12:07

Well if they haven't closed any claims they will refer it to hmrc and then hmrc will write to you again to ask to send the documents. And if they have closed than you should hear something buy this month.

MissE84 · 16/09/2015 12:09

Shells30, I know what you mean about being the worst summer hahahahhaha I hope it doesn't happen next year because I don't think I can handle it. Am lucky my case was closed after 8 weeks of waiting.

shells30 · 16/09/2015 12:32

Brilliant so this could go on alot longer..... I don't think I could cope waiting this long then if hmrc send another letter looking for documents again..... Holy jesus!..... It's been 11 weeks since they received my documents. Glad 2 hear u got urs all sorted missE84 I could imagine ur relief when u received the letter. I'm sorry I phoned them yesterday just feel way worse now

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 16/09/2015 13:03

shells30 I agree, I feel worse for phoning them Friday as I just feel like I was bashing my head against a brick wall! You phone expecting help but they just make you feel worse when they come out with all kinds of rubbish.

shells30 · 16/09/2015 14:26

A1b2c3d4E5f6 at what time into ur claim did they stop your money like how long after you sent your documents? My nerves r wrecked everytime I gotta go collect my money luckily for me I'm still receiving the money but nxt week could be different... I'm even scared to spend money on food shopping incase nxt week I have nothing

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 16/09/2015 14:38

shells30 they stopped my money the week I sent my documents, there must have been a crossover or they just wasn't getting through them quick enough as they said they'd received them late! I'm terrified to spend a £1! I had my housing benefit yesterday that I've paid straight to my landlord & I get my maintenance from ex partner tomorrow which will also go to landlord. Still leaves me a balance of a few hundred pounds on my rent which landlord has given me a deadline til Friday. But I'm not due anymore money now til 28th which is my Child Benefit. To say I'm now in the shit would be an understatement!

shells30 · 16/09/2015 15:31

Its all an absolute nitemare with these people they don't seem to care about people's lives or how the children will be affected just any excuse to take money off us for there own gains

A1b2C3d4E5f6 · 16/09/2015 15:55

It's all gone too far now. The worry is making me feel ill now. I just don't know what to do. I'm going to run out of food, gas & electric in a few days. I don't know what I'm supposed to do.

Croy1985 · 16/09/2015 16:07

Just spoke to someone after a 40 minute wait, he said he will rush it through and I should get a decision letter within 3 days and then add another 3 days for my money to be in my account proving they are happy with my documents. Won't get too excited until I see money on my account but after 14 weeks without a penny, I need some good news

shells30 · 16/09/2015 16:13

I'm the same A1b2c3d4E5f6 when I first got the letter I couldnt eat or sleep for days with worry, I suffer with depression and anxiety and since this crap is going on its been at an all time high even worse when I phone them. It's not fair the way there treating us. I know u don't want to phone them but u should it's wrong for wat there doin 2 u and everyone else. U need an answer asap from them. You should also have a visit with your mp he/she could probably phone them for you. I went and had a visit with my mp when I first got the letter and he said he'd stick by me every step of the way if it comes to it which was a big relief

shells30 · 16/09/2015 16:19

Awk hopefully croy it'll be all sorted before the weekends out I'll keep my fingers crossed for u

Croy1985 · 16/09/2015 16:27

Thanks
