A letter from concentrix part 3

Please post your experiance from concentrix here, including how long it took for documents to go on system, how long to get documents, the time scale from start to finish (case closed) and what the outcome was

so from what I've read , they are either not scanning paper work in date order or they lying to me, or both, im just getting in a right state about this as I had to resign from work on 1st June due to needing to be carer for 19yr old daughter , so bags of stress already because daughter ill, I just have zero faith that concentrix can cope with sorting out change in circumstances, sorting 4 week run on of working tax, and doing the check on my claim. ive read what horrible lies they have said and horrendous things they've done to morgan, my heart goes out to you morgan, stay strong. ( I have rung HMRC but they say they cant help as account locked as with concentrix)

Hmrc have spoken to me on a number of occasions the past few days. And actually been very nice. They never mentioned concentrix it was me who asked about them. They updated different things such as renewal and maternity so I don't no

Aye do. Cause I think I've spoken to them at least 4 times since receiving concentrix letter and they have always spoke to me. Let me no how you get on.husband to bank now(am lying in bed) to withdrawal what should of went in on Wednesday

Thanku. I no it was just tipped me over yesterday seeing on my online banking my tax credits hadn't went in. I can't seem to get out of this bad feeling now.most stressful experience this concentrix thing! Having to worry one Wednesday to another if I'll have money . you will probably be on hold a while. Think I was 50 minutes yesterday

hope they don't stop my money, I will only have child benefit of 20.70p to live on if they do, my income support claim as carer doesn't start until 28th june, as they say 4 week run on of working tax cancels it out until then. and that's then paid 2 weekly in arrears, omg my life is in the hands of concentrix.

I no. Mine to. I've 4 young children so unfortunately rely on tax credits. I get quite a high amount as my income is low.

nice lady at hmrc took my security questions, I said I was ringing to check my change in circumstances had been updated, and if she could tell me how much I would get a week now for just child tax credit and when new award would be sent out as I needed it for free school meals, she then put me on hold and then came back and said she was sorry but she cant see or open my account as it is locked as is with another company called concentrix and I need to ring them direct and gave me phone number, i explained yes i know ive tried speaking to them but cant get through most of time and when i do they don't answer questions, she just said she very sorry but nothing she can do for me and repeated about ringing concentrix.

Thats strange maybe its cause you were changing something. I was telling them about maternity. I no I need final award notice to for school meals. Which am worried about. I told concentrix this and apparently they wrote it on system

Hmrc wouldn't tell me when award would be posted either. Just that it had to be done in 8 weeks

Babyalan, didn't you have the 20th as your deadline date? mine is too. I am paid weekly, it did go in Tuesday but I'm too afraid to ring concentrix to find out. It's like holding my breath under water. Eventually I will have to face this. When I did ring I just cried really because my child was quite ill and I was very stressed. The kid who answered didn't really know what to say to me because I was so upset. I am hoping, if they needed more info, or the news was bad I would have heard something by now but that may be clutching at straws. Babyalan, I am so sorry to hear your money hasn't gone in. Thanku. Yes my deadline is the 20th but documents haven't been signed on (apparently) so said not to worry about deadline date. I think it will be another 3 weeks to be honest. I go on holiday on the 18th so really hope its sorted by then cause I won't get post for 2 weeks. I can't be feeling like this on hoilday

Stress head your documents probably haven't been opened yet? So you will still get paid

My deadline is the 20th.
Will be still be getting payments while they decide if we're worthy?

It gets better! Housing benefit have sent me a letter today and they want all information that Concentrix want by the 24th June. They're coming to my home!

How the hell can I give it to them if I have sent it off to Concentrix?

hi everyone, i rang concentrix today from landline, was on hold for 1hour !!, eventually spoke to someone, anxiety level was so high n when she asked for my youngest sons d of b i took me about five minutes to remember, said sorry im stressed,,,, my docs still not scanned on to system received them 11th n 12th june, she said there was back log of 2 weeks, told her my deadline was 26th june so i was concerned that if my docs werent scanned by then payments would stop, she extended my deadline to 10th july, said that she would put a note on file saying even if the unlikely event my docs are still not scanned payments are not to stop as i have proof of tracking numbers for docs sent,, also she was sending email to lancing about tracking receipt of docs, i asked if she wanted tracking numbers again she no she could see they were on file, and she would check them herself when we finished the phone call.

Mumdad5 they signed for my documents on 5th of June and when I phoned this morning they still weren't on system. Person I spoke said should be on by the end of next week

So some people are having there deadlines extended and me and babyalan13 was told that because we sent by recorded delivery and they have been signed for that the deadline does not matter we still receive payments because they have proof that they have it. What's goin on here there telling everyone different story's

concentrix told me yesterday was on system, just rang hmrc there said nothing on as yet!!! id have thiught would show!!!

hmrc said its been 5 wks can take upto 8 so said ring back in about a wk

Luckily my deadline is not till 3rd of July but when I said what happens if not done by deadline I was told not to worry because it is caused by problems at their end and nothing will happen to my payments

That housing is another handling!! I couldn't pay them today cause had no money in account!! They wanted my payslips last week! But at least with them you can deal with them in person
