A letter from concentrix part 3

Please post your experiance from concentrix here, including how long it took for documents to go on system, how long to get documents, the time scale from start to finish (case closed) and what the outcome was

There may be decent human beings out there but I doubt any of them work for HMRC or concentrix!!!

They only get paid by how much money they save hmrc! An it's an outsourced American company.

i had too send a full twelve months of statements council tax bill who lives in property and mortgage or prooerty details. i rang on day recievd said i dnt keep things like that but did say i pay all my bills through account, he said thats fine dnt worry. did manage to find mortgage statement so sent that with statements and c/tax bill, sent three lots of statements as have a account were s/g ship goes in, didnt send them as stes who pays it in he mentioned it taday as i play about with my accounts i said if ya look ya will see its funds transferred from one ta the other... duhh two yr okd could have worked that one out i thought

Should I phone again this morning about documents or wait till Friday or Saturday? Documents they received weren't on there yesterday and I knowthere is a back log but come tomorrow they have had them the 10 working day the letter says it takes even though I know that's unrealistic, just wanted it sorted now getting so stressed for it and I know everything is correct and I haven't been overpaid!

Still not sorted!! I don't think there's much point in phoning. I think I'll leave another week or so. He last night when I phoned only the end of may was on the system. If you can ring for free but you have nothing to lose

Oh no think you should lodge a complaint with the bank and tell them you want compensation for all the stress that has been caused x

Hi ladies, found you all, babyalan keep at them Hun! Morgan can't believe that one about your mp , not only do they not know what they are doing they are telling bare faced lies!!.
Wish there was a way to get the level of anxiety they cause us mothers out in the open like admiral was saying how is this not getting picked up on?.

I no I always do my tesco shopping online and now at this rate I won't be able to. My anxiety is pretty bad so only going if have to. Gawd love my husband!! If still not showing tomarrow I'll get my husband to go to bank and withdraw it! Your allowed to get it out if its a regular payment that goes in

Hey kitty yes it's bad isn't it I've got an email from my mp as proof cos you just know they're going to say they didn't say to him I should ring on Friday what a complete n utter farce this is. Watched the news this morning they say the bank should be sorted by Saturday oh really and what are they going to do about it,sod all same as before. Baby try n stay calm n ring the bank to see if there's a payment pending. 12fedup ring them Friday n see what they lie about this time it's all they do tell bloody lies. No reply from any emails I've sent so I'm sitting silently fuming.

Keep me updated fed up if and when you phone. Think were in the same time scale!!

there would got mine 29th may and went on system yesterday so took 19 days too do it

Just got off the phone to them said documents should be on there by end of next week and that's it's only an employment check to see if I'm working the basic hours (which of course I am working the hours I have told them and have sent evidence). He said once documents are on system will be straight forward and SHOULD be dealt with quickly and then will be able to finalise my award

Aww good!! Thanku am the employment check to. I'll ring next Saturday then maybe I'll no then!!

Hi babyalan, morgan. Still no news for me. My situation being slightly different cos I did own up and say my child's father stayed a couple of nights to assist with the overnight care. I'm not sure if any of you ladies share my situation, it would be great to hear if any one does. Quick recap, my child has complex medical needs and requires overnight feeding via a pump and tube which alarms and requires attention several times a night. In addition, the child rarely sleeps has asd, adhd and other complex needs. I can not stay up all night every night and go to work. I pay all the bills except sky which the x pays instead of maintenance. My close date is June 20th. I didn't have everything they asked for but sent what I could find and rang them in floods of tears. I sent my stuff of off May 22nd, still nothing.

I believe and think a partner/boyfriend can stay up to 3 night a week without it being an issue. Does your ex have a permanent address? Which you could tell concentrix about. Your documents should be scanned on by now if they received in may

Hi ive been reading all of the 3 threads so thought id join the wait. I renewed at the begining of may then on the 4th of June got a letter from concentrix requesting 12 mnths wage slips for OH and contract, rung to explain he does not have it so sent the wage slips as he works a rota some weeks his hours are more some less but average to 25 a week so even did a sum at the bottom (and showed working out like a good girl increase all the numbers make them cry) so even the most brain dead could understand this. Sent it and they received it the 5th of June and signed for Rung them ever second day (with a average wait of 40-50 mins with that immensely annoying muzak) so now like all the rest seem to have to just sit and wait. Its so annoying as i explained the first time i called (mid nervous breakdown which im sure you all had upon opening this horribly worded threat) that i suffer with extreme anxiety so will concentrate on nothing else till it is sorted (i got the standard...ill put a note on the system, tempted to say no point it never works anyway) Anyway i will update as it goes along and hope you all get things sorted. Also Morgan i think what they did was disgusting and they neeeed to be brought to task. They are running a two bit operation intent on making money at our expense.

I think it is a waiting game now. I've rung 3 times but has got me no where. So going to try and leave it for a while. Sometimes its impossible to provide everything and they need and I hope they understand that. Every situation is different and every employer works different. My last job I didn't even get payslips!! So its all different. I don't they should be able to stop tax credits on lack of evidence bottom line is the p60 doesn't lie!!!!

Hi Everyone, I just had to say a huge thank you to everyone who has posted messages in this thread, without you all I would of gone stark raving mad, I've been reading all your messages over last few days as found you when searching internet for info regarding Concentrix, I received my letter 16th may, it was dated 11th may, asking for bank statements, couldn't afford ink, so rang bank, (Barclays, man on phone very kindly said no problem and posted them to me), years worth of payslips. I posted all info back to them on 26th may, They got them 29th may, my dead line to send back by was 10th June, I also posted back my renewal to HMRC on 26th may, rang concentrix on 1st June to check they definitely had my stuff, only took all day to get through kept getting cut off after an hour on hold, and yes they have BUT no still not scanned in, was told it will be done by 5th at latest, rang on the 8th still NOT scanned in, rang 16th still NOT, rang 17th still NOT, rang today and still NOT, I asked if he could tell me when it would be done, as I had been told by the 5th and answer was clear and precise NO.

i sent mine the 28th recieved 29th was on system yesterday deadline was today

Phoned again this morning mines still not on and they received it on the 8th of june as I sent it by recorded delivery and it was signed for then. But when I spoke today to them I said will my payments be stopped on the 4th of July of July if it's not on by then they said no as they can see I sent as they have the tracking number and my paper work is in there possession

That's good. They told me yesterday that deadline is now void if you have tracking number to prove you posted
