Please post your experiance from concentrix here, including how long it took for documents to go on system, how long to get documents, the time scale from start to finish (case closed) and what the outcome was

Why are housing requesting your payslips?

I have no clue. The housing are coming to my house on Wednesday.

I have spoken to friends and exactly the same us happening to them.

Luckily I have nothing to hide.

Winder if it's linked to concentrix and if it is they should have away to view documents from them. What a waste of tax payers money all this is!

My pupes is concentrix investigating you over the single letter. Maybe that's why there coming. All them people are connected

If they're all connected why are they asking for the same information at the same time?

i didnt send mine recorded delivery, however first class so would have got the 29th may, told me yesterday was on system now went through a couple things as didnt send payslips for spec guardianship but can clearly see amount in bank who from and how often, he askd about tick box, went through me docs ad sent. said all looks fine and will recieve back within couple days. said should be stright forward now and too ring hmrc in about a wk. but i rang today he was lovely said nothing showing as yet, said payment been sent fir tamorra and no probs for next wks eithrr. housing have always requested payslios if get housing benefit as i use to have ta show mine, but never use too visit me i use too have too go there

wnt hold me breathe for money tomorrow though as i bank with natwest also !!!

Smokie19 is right, when was the last time you showed them payslips, they may want to check you haven't had any pay increases you haven't declared or check if you are paying less national insurance and tax that n you was before as all these changes need to be reported to them as and when they happen and within 30 days

Hello ladies just to keep you all updated I received my decision letter today taken about 7 weeks from start to finish letter dated 27th April docs sent 1st May signed for 5th May docs sent back 29th May decision letter received today dated 11th June with no change to my award.

With regards to the housing benefit visit when I used to receive housing benefit I had home visits just to check the information they had was all correct and they do ask to see wage slips if you're working. It'll be pointless though because you won't have your new tax credit award and Concentrix has your info at the moment. While waiting for Concentrix's info I had a letter about single person council Tax discount which I no longer claim as my son turned 18 in April it was me who got on to the council when my bill was wrong and pestered them to change it as I did not want to be in arrears so filled the form in saying I don't receive the discount and not heard anything since so if they do share info they're not doing a very good job. The systems they use are stupid!

That's great tango you must be so happy, really hoping mine is sorted before the kids finish for summer on 17th of July can't stand this stress and don't want them to pick up on it especially as my youngest has asd and ADHD

All other payments are going in as normal. Its only Wednesdays that have disappeared!! Of course that had to mine!! Am really in the minus now

Well ladies I've been at work all day come home to find a letter from tax credits I quote thank you for your claim for tax credits I need some more info to decide if we can pay you tax credits I have to send payslips contract of employment between 1st march and 14 th June by 14 th July also tenancy agreement n utility bills in my name..... I'm moving to my own place with dd tomorrow so what do I do I have to send payslips tenancy agreement etc to housing benefit too does anyone know if housing benefit accept copies x x x

Could you go to council explain situation and ask them to make copies of original and stamp the copies to say they have seen the original documents

Housing will photo copy there and then for u and stamp it. They did that last week to my payslips. Sounds promising!!!

Thank you ladies ill go there tomorrow and see what they say,I'm prob worrying even more now cos I'm wondering if they will accept I've moved as I don't have anything they're asking for regarding tenancy agreement etc for the address I'm at now n the dates they're asking for am I making sense probably not

Sent off more copies of my bank statements on sat as my others were rejected as they were print screens and they haven't been delivered recorded delivery tracking says there in the system but not been signed for. Great so they tell me to resend them and then I will go to the back if the que even tho my 1 St lot were scanned on the 5 th may. And they lied and said the turn around from receipt is 2 weeks . My child will have left home before this farce is sorted

They are a joke taken on far to much, man I spoke to this morning said they have a big backlog and hmrc keep telling them to send more of these checks off. Really think they need to stop sending new letters to check others claims until they have cleared this backlog!

When is your deadline Scouse añd how long did it take them to scan your first lot of information onto the system from when they signed for it

Morgan could you phone and explain you can't supply utility bills yet as you have only just moved in and haven't got any, could you ask employer to address letter to you at your new address confirming your working hours just so you have something else with your new address on it

That's a good idea fed up! Go and get yourself signed to anything and get new address on it. Library. TV lience. Anything

Scousejo yes they are liars they lie all the time they haven't thought about the consequences of their actions at all it makes me so mad to read they're still sending letters out. Thank you 12fedup ill ring my office tomorrow as I need my original p60 and can't find the damn thing my heads going to explode
