A letter from concentrix part 3

Please post your experiance from concentrix here, including how long it took for documents to go on system, how long to get documents, the time scale from start to finish (case closed) and what the outcome was

Surely they can check our case to see if they have been scanned for or check our cases to see if we sent recorded delivery ??

Could you go into bank and ask!? I can't be ringing them to all this ringing is costing me a fortune!!

After 50 mins on the phone got through to someone on on ext 6 he confirmed that if u sent recorded delivery and gave them the tracking number they will not stop payments and to put my mind at rest he has extended my deadline till the 11th but he said they will not stop payments anyway and that if they do suspend payments they have to Contact u first to tell u so babyalan13 and 121fedup12 u have both done that so I think u will be finemy loves

They haven't contacted me and my payment stopped today!

Did u send yours in recorded delivery n have u contacted them bout it

Aww thanku! I thought that to cause I've definitely rung them twice with tracking number so they definitely have it. But really we shouldn't have to do that its up to them to do work within 10 day!! We shouldn't have to phone them!!

Nickinoo34 I would defo ring them there must be some sort of problem have u checked with hmrc not concentrix to see if your tax credit renewal has gone through yet

Nikki phone hmrc ; maybe your renewal wasnt forwarded to them by concentrix. Mine wasnt and I phoned yesterday otherwise my payments may have been stopped.

Sent the documents asked for (proof of hours worked and employment) and they were signed for on the 26th May 2015. Still had no word about them so decided to chase them up today.
First call at 9am got disconnected at 10:08 am and now currently 20 minutes into my second call.
Deadline was the 17th June.
I will update when or if they ever answer the phone.

Yes zola they have taken my tracking number a couple of times and have put it on system and when I have asked if it's in there they confirmed they have logged my tacking number. Thank you

Am the same billbous. My deadline was 20th June. I've heard nothing. They received documents on the 2nd june

I rang yesterday as my docs went missing she wasn't interested as she says they don't check The tracking number !!! I sent them yesterday Special delivery they got them today . She says there is no deadlines because they are So far behind . They asked me for more information do can't believe they have stopped you're payments without asking for any more info hope u get it sorted lovely xc

My check was for childcare my documents were signed for on 8th June, my deadline was 21st June ... I don't know whether they been scanned as its new said they only got to 3rd June yet ..not knowing is the hardest part ... Stressful situation ... With tax credits soon to be cut is there any point working might as well stay at home claim benefits then won't have to go through this bullshit again

After over 2 hours of being on hold i finally got through. They said I should have had a letter saying documents have been received, however case is now closed with no issues and documents were sent back on the 19th.
Wasn't worried about there being anything wrong, just that we had received no word since sending the documents over a month ago and they way they make monumental &^ ups.

Good news bilbous! But the way they leaveus hanging after they've made a decision is ridiculous. I hope Nikki has had some positive news from hmrc.

on fone with hmrc told them im appalled way been treated, cnt even get through to them . there saying need to ring concentix as there cnt update till heard feom them. last wk there told me was on system an would get my paperwork back within two days.. hmrc as looked at payments and there continuing at rate get so havent stoooed, i get disability extra fir my child... my deadline was 18th june
