A letter from concentrix part 3

Please post your experiance from concentrix here, including how long it took for documents to go on system, how long to get documents, the time scale from start to finish (case closed) and what the outcome was

Nicki go to your local job centre if you can,you used to be able to ring from there for free. Did your original letter come from concentric or hrmc? Awww really feel for you. Or is there anyone who has a phone you can use

Ive only heard of concentrix stopping payments if the deadline for docs wasn't met. Nikki was yours hmrc compliance check ?

Yeah I'll use my mums phone but she don't finish work till later! It was concentrix arseholes! Feel like just making do with our tax credits after all the stress since May

Nickinoo who was doing your check hmrc or concentrix? What was they checking, you need to find away to phone them if there is no ones phone you can use do as baby and Morgan said and go to the job centre to see if you can use theirs, keeping everything crossed it is just an error and you get your payment ASAP

Did you sent your documents recorded and have the tracking number to provide to them with as if it is caught up in the back log them that is down to them and they have to continue to pay you

No I didn't and I didn't send 12 months of everything either because I couldn't afford to, and I haven't rang them since so no idea about deadlines

When you have spoken to them did they confirm your documents were on the system?

So they can't say didn't get your documents then if they have returned them, deffo need to contact them and find out what's going on, keep checking your bank just incase in goes in before you able to call them. What check was yours for? I really hope everything gets sorted for you

I know exactly how you feel nickinoo but one way or another you really need to find out what's going on that way you will have a better idea of what to do next. There's no point losing it with them they will only cut you off do what I do when I ring them which isn't very often n fume silently till i get off the phone then all hell breaks loose best to break loose when alone tho good luck

So they are now stopping payments if they have not received the paper work omg great my deadline ins the 4th of July I sent mine recorded delivery and they signed for it only got today payment and another one and that's it.ik so scared had midwifes appointment yesterday and my blood pressure is sky high and this is the resonance why has anyone's deadline past yet but sent recorded delivery and still getting paid ???

OMG i finally got through!!!! Not much use im afraid. My documents (signed for 5th June) Still not on the system, was advised to call back either late this week or next week for an update.

This is definitely getting worse. My hope I had yesterday is definitely gone. Most stressful thing ever. Am dying to phone them. But what's the point! I'd definitely phone tomorrow if I don't get payed. This living from week to week is taking its toil. I feel sorry for people who have to wait month to month

Baby dont give up hope, it's definitely taken its toll on me I'm nearly two stone lighter with all this stress. Living like this is the most awful thing I've ever gone through. Good luck for tomorrow

Baby phone your bank ask them if they can tell what transactions are pending on your account tomorrow. Most bank already see on the system what is due the next working day. My bank can so already my payments going in tomorrow

Yes zola a few of us have been told that because that's prove they have got it and the delay is with them
