A letter from concentrix part 3

Please post your experiance from concentrix here, including how long it took for documents to go on system, how long to get documents, the time scale from start to finish (case closed) and what the outcome was

Mumite Funny how she could suddenly give you a timeframe then lol
3 weeks to scan on would be this Friday and from what others have said it sounds like currently upto 3rd of June so I think should be done Wednesday but will call Friday for update!
What is your deadline date and what check are you having done? There is a few of us with the 5th if June as date they got out documents, hopefully things will start moving by the end of this week

12fedup my mp told me to ask them for a new claim form for my new address so I did it online they replied today telling me I'm already claiming it said at the top of the email do not reply. Very strange

The end of July!!!Angrynot good!! My hoilday will be over. I'll have this hanging over me all the way through!! Just watched sky news not looking good for tax credits. Well probably get all this sorted and they will then cut payments!! But if you don't work your ok!? Were is the fairness!!!

They have not been signed for so Royal Mail can't say as its a po box number it could well have been concentrix but I can't wait any longer to see if they turn up so sent them special today they must have massive backlog as in May they scanned then the day after reciept

12fedup they are checking my working hours. Can't recall the deadline, I am an ex lawyer and sent in loads of detail but don't know what will happen...or when...

I'm starting to think we are better off not working! All this with tax credits, checks, possible cuts and today my hours next weeks have been cut. Why do we bother to try and earn our money!

Seems all the letters sent at end of May start of June are to check working hours.
Oh no Shaz I hope they haven't been cut by too much

My thoughts exactly shaz we try to do the right thing and are penalised for it. On benefits you get everything paid for,rent council tax school dinners oh and you can get budgeting loans too. None of that if you work,it's bloody unfair

Hi all, glad I found this.. I had a letter on 26th May accusing me of not living alone, I absolutely do live on my own with my 3 kids (eldest is 19) they asked for everything, a years worth of bank statements, gas/electric bills, credit card statements, mortagage statements, council tax bill, phone bills by 25th June. You name it they wanted it. Sent recorded & it was signed for on 29th May. I've heard nothing since. This whole thing is stressing me out. I have nothing to hide so should not be worried but it's so stressful having this hanging over me :-(

i sent mine the 28th may recieved 29th when rang last wk was in system, told would be returned within twi days!! needless to say still waiting.. when i rang hmrc fri. there said there was nothing in system!!!

infact hmrc didnt have a clue what i was on about when i said i was askd too send info in.. he said well your oayment is going out as normal for last wk and this friday!!!!

Hi no I haven't phoned Since the day I received the letter. I was mortified & called to ask them what it was all about (low & behold the system was down)
I'm not sure I dare call them I'm so angry & upset by it all. I work hard & always have done, it's a bloody joke what they are doing to people. The letters are so threatening & I'm not a benefit cheat!! I haven't lived with anyone for over 9yrs & no one lived in the house that I'm in now before me as it was new & ive been here 8yrs so I don't know what to think! I would love to know who I am supposed to be living with...

Madhouse ha efergie that's about right,makes me smile all us girls chatting away like old friends. Lovely support and comments on here. Good luck with the phone calls the hanging on for a reply is awful. I can't trust myself to ring just yet

Fed up mine is end of May and mine was childcare. Morgan Its 1 shift down next week, which will have an impact on us as a family as I have my eldest son back from uni to feed etc for the summer. I bring 4 boys up alone and all of you will know that it takes a lot of energy and budgeting and all this stress is not helping. Mine was sent 26th May and received 27th, I've had documents back but nothing else.

A friend of mine whose h works for hmrc said concentrix can't stop claims only refer back to them they are but trained and no more than a call centre

My payment didn't go in today I sent stuff off beginning of May, I only sent letters of my utilities showing I'm the account holder and my tenancy I can't afford to get 12 months of everything printed and posted! Looks like I'm going to have go without tax credits!

Check again at 9 o clock. Sometimes payments don't show up till after 9.
