Please post your experiance from concentrix here, including how long it took for documents to go on system, how long to get documents, the time scale from start to finish (case closed) and what the outcome was

Ciara your case closed now? Have you received documents back?

Baby Ive had my docs Bach since 7th of May. They said a fortnight ago my case was closed on phone but would not tell methe decision on the phone but said a letter was in the post. Have received no letter. My next monthly payment is due in Saturday so Im hoping if it goes in all will be ok. But like you I need to apply for school stuff and I can't till my award is sorted.

They lie on the phone.

ciara have they not sent your case back to HMRC might be worth giving them a call and checking

Jes that's not good. I thought you had decision on phone. And was just waiting for letter to prove it. Auk that's awful. They have obviously pasted it back to hmrc if your case is closed. Could you ring them and ask. What was check again? the school form needs to be in 31st July I doubt mine will be

Mine was the single claim check.

I'd definitely phone hmrc. I found them helpful last Wednesday when I phoned

Just got through to Hmrc I had to go through the renewal with them again !! He said there's no notes on my file regarding concentrix and my award should be finalised within 10 weeks . He said if there had been any problems with Concentrix then he wouldnt have been able to access my case and process the renewal. So Concentrix had my renewal sonce 17th May and have done feck all with it. If I hadn't phoned my renewal would still be waiting to be done. Thanks for advising me to phone girls, it looks like Im ok but still await confirmation from the incompetent Concentrix.

It is fedup but I am so bloody angry they are putting us all through this needlessly .

Aww pleased for you!! I phoned hmrc last week and they spoke to me which I found strange because I didn't think they did if concentrix were investigating!!

Baby hmrc wouldn't do my renewal while concentrix case was open as my account was frozen while that was going on. They told me back in May to phone and renew with Concentrix which I did but looks like Concentrix did nothing with it. They closed my case without informing me of the decision and if I hadn't phoned hmrc my renewal would still not be processed.

Girls thanks for the advice I hope you all get good news soon and will stay on here to help or support if I can.

They spoke to me and updated renewal but concentrix haven't even signed on my documents

After 1 hr 40 in total on hold i gave up so will try again tomorrow at 8am (if i get the kids ready ect in time) but will be posting any of what they or the MP say.

Hopefully should get through more or less straight away in the morning
