A letter from concentrix part 3

Please post your experiance from concentrix here, including how long it took for documents to go on system, how long to get documents, the time scale from start to finish (case closed) and what the outcome was

Did they say today they have scanned up to the 3rd June now? That must mean mine are on!!

They are up to 3rd of June today for documents being scanned? If that is the case mine should definitely be on by Friday. Fingers crossed we are getting there

They received mine on the 2nd June!!! Am feeling a bit of hope now!! Dying to phone them! Lol but I'll hold of for a bit!

They are taking a couple of weeks to scan once they have recieved she says but it might be already on lovely phone them at 8 it took 5 mins to get thru at least u will no if they ate scanned in

That's great mine should definitely be on by Friday then they got mine on 5th So will phone at 8 am. Friday, baby try calling them yours must be on now, with any luck u will get some one who can do while your on the phone

Well MP has replied to my email on concentrix so is apparently looking into it, seems very helpful. On the major down side my skin (i have psoriasis covering 50% of my body) has flared up massivly due to the stress so my hands are all broken, feel like taking photos and sending them in explaining this is what they do.....uuugh!

I know what you mean, it's going to kill me to wait till Friday or Saturday to not phone them especially now we know that they are upto the 3rd of June. Good luck at the doctors

Thanku! Maybe if someone else puts up they are getting sorted in the same time frame as us maybe we could phone them earlier

Just sent a 2 nd tier complaint to hmrc as concentrix don't abide by the complaints procedure So bypassing then straight to hmrc

That would be great if anybody could let us know please

Lol it drives me mad, are you on phone to hmrc or concentrix? The date they received our doucuments was the same wasn't evergie? The 5th June, can't wait for you to let us know what date they tell you they are upto as scousejo was told they are upto the 3rd of June when she phoned this morning!

Im on to concentrix, and yes the 5th of June they signed for them so wanted to know where they are up too. Only 14 mins on hold so a while till they cut me off yet lol, will let you know when they tell me as ours should be on the sameish timescale.

Fingers crossed you don't get cut off, yes are timescales very similar recieved our documents same day as each other's my deadline is 3rd of July and I believe your was 5th of July? Fingers crossed for something postive. Thank you efergie

Still holding 37 mins, i went for option 6, is there a better one as i just seem to never get through

Best time to ring from my experience is dead on 8am, No point ringing through out day.

Also no point ringing HMRC as they wont do anything till Concentrix finalise case!

Auk. Think I pressed 4 the last time and was on hold till near 50 minutes! Nightmare. Think the next time I phone I will try at 8 am

I thought option 6 wasn't working anymore, have they changed the menu again?

Girls just a quick update. Still waiting on my decision and my letter came 29th April docs signed for 5th May and returned the 7th. They lie on the phone, barefaced. I was told 2 weeks ago a decision letter was in the post. Nothing. No point phoning to be fobbed off.
