Please post your experiance from concentrix here, including how long it took for documents to go on system, how long to get documents, the time scale from start to finish (case closed) and what the outcome was

I'm not the only one who keeps phoning lol! I just keeping saying I want my documents back and worried about them going missing, like you I gave taken everyone's name I have spoken do with date time and what was said in a diary lol
I have found them to be fine when I talk to them as well.
I'm not sure as some people have said they have phoned up and the person they have spoke to has looked at the case is info has been scanned on and made decision on the case and closed while on the phone to them, maybe depends who answers the phone could be possible some are just call handlers and some who answer are caseworkers

Well mine was signed 10th so got a bit longer yet I think.

I just want it done so they can do the renewal as they say they will do that at same time.

I know we aren't doing anything wrong but I don't care what anyone says its hard to get on when you have this hanging over you especially when you rely on the money.

My biggest fear is it won't be scanned on in time and payments stop even though they have confirmed they got tracking number and can see it signed for lol.

If it works the same way the outscourcing company for csa worked they have call center staff and case workers but when high calls the caseworker get the overspill calls and being the legnth of hold time im betting they have plenty of overspill calls

Maybe the manager's are the ones who do the check as when I spoke to one he said it all looks straight forward as to what I told him.

I only think that as when i called the person said there is a note on from who i can only think is that manager i spoke to to say case only to be worked on by him.

Or maybe I have got it completely wrong lol.

I think you might be right efergie that would be why some people having done on the phone and others aren't because the call centre staff can probably only see certain things where as the case works and view the whole folder.
Jonny we all feel the same as you we know we have been honest and done nothing wrong it is the fear of getting yo our deadlines and and payments stopping because they haven't scanned documents on yo the system yet.
All of us with the employment/working hours check have been told it's straight forward.

I hope it's straight forward. My payslips don't say my hours. I was worried about that. But my employer wrote me a letter. So I hope that's ok

My payslip doesn't have hours either so the bursar at school did a very simple to whom it may concern, re (me), this is to confirm (me) works (hours) per week as a teaching assistant at (school name).
I think that should be ok and I also sent letter written to me and signed and dated by me in 2013 when my working hours increased.
Not everybody's payslips have hours on them, I think that is people who are paid an hourly rate, are you the same as me and have an annual pay rate so get the same amount every month

Lol we will just have to set up part 4, wonder how many parts thee will be in the end lol

Jes I dread to think. !! Aye am the same I always get the same every month even in the Sumner. Its divided into 12 months. I never do over time cause there is none. And if I did stay an extra hour I just leave early a different day. The only time my pay changed was on maternity which they will obviously see from payslips! They probably dontcthink am working 30 hours cause my p60 is lower this year and I didn't tell them about maternity till last week! Baby is now 18 months. So really THEY owe me money!!!!

Even if and when mine is sorted I'll stay on this and hopefully give others help! I love it!! I check it all the time!! So there will probably be loads of threads!!!

In the end!!! You say! I can't wait to see that day!! Well at least if they do it next year we mighten be as anxious!! Am claiming tax credits for 8 years and never been checked. So suppose am due!!

That is how my pay is I get an annual salary divided into 12 payments. If I do any extra hours for trips etc then I am allowed to bank hours to take time off when my children have things at school I need to go to or for my sons hospital appointments so means i don't lose any money which works out great for me.
Probably not because of your pay being less from the looks of it they are pulling a lot of us to check we work the hours we have told them we do. Hopefully they get a move and close are cases and send back to hmrc to complete our renewals then with any luck you will get an extra payment of what your owed

I will stay on as well to give others the support that we know is needed when going through this, I can understand the checking of our hours as they never ask us to send prove when we tell them our hours, it's just the way it's being handled that's wrong!

Exactly!! A simple phone call to work place would solve that!!!

Same here , set amount each month so no hours on payslips.

Got letter from payroll manager to confirm hours and wage etc.

So true! Hope they have learnt something from this mayhem and change the way they do thngs in the very near future!

I think what we have sent will be fine Jonny they have a years payslips and my p60 which has my earnings and a letter from my employer that confirms my hours in a week and I think that is what they are interested in more than anything else!

I hope one thing they have learnt not to bite off more than they can chew. On a lighter note I am glad I found this site as it feels a little easier knowing I'm not going through this alone my OH is so laid back he borders on horizontal so he just keeps telling me not to worry sect so was starting to feel slightly neurotic but knowing I'm not the only one feeling like this helps

Me too efergie, I'm like you this site has been a blessing, we are all going through this together and know how each other our feeling, something other people don't understand

I might phone sat!! Lol I can't cope waiting till next sat! 02 has given me 6.50 in rewards so that might do it!!

I phoned at 8 got straight thru. My docs sent 3 rd may and scanned they did check 5 weeks later then asked for originals of bank state on June 7 th I sent back they gone missing in post she said oh give it another week then send them again there are no deadlines as people's are not getting to them on time .sh said they are only looking at cases from June 3 rd and don't panic to send them as will take weeks to scan and look again at my info . So all in prob take 3 mths what a poss take I'm fuming. I even asked of I could email them no you must send them to lancing who are inundated with docs to scan and they are weeks behind deadlines
