I don't feel great today got a bad headache that won't shift, thing is I am more worried about my documents going missing because some people have said they haven't had back, I didn't make copies so it is a whole years payslips and my p 60! All my evidence matches up with what's on my annual renewal form so case should be closed with out changes. Try and enjoy the dad with you do and father, might help to take your mind off it. At least tomorrow I have work again so that will keep me occupied

Thanks! Wish I had my work! But back to the Dr for me!; am definitely worse in the house!!try not to worry about your documents you can get another p60 from your tax office and the payslips am sure your pay roll office can issue more. You can always get more. I only got married last April and lost my marriage certificate but was able to get a new 1 very easily

emilou123 · 21/06/2015 09:50

Jgrn that is dreadful. Well done for having the strength to lodge a tribunal claim. They will not have a leg to stand on. They would have to prove their grounds...and they won,t be able to...any judge would put your children,s interests first above these incompetent cowboys. I wish you and morgan all the best x

12fedup12 · 21/06/2015 10:03

Aww thanks baby, I feel worse when I am at home, I didn't realise p 60 can be re issued
Hopefully won't have to go down route of trying to get replacements of my items. I feel so anxious when I'm on my way home from work to see what post I have. Hopefully my documents go on this week and have mine back by weekend but I won't hold my breath

Know what you mean 12fedup12 I was in such a state opening my brown letter yesterday as I knew it was too small for my docs. Try and enjoy your sunday everyone.

12fedup12 · 21/06/2015 10:30

Same to you emilou123, just so bad how they have got innocent, honest, hard working people like us feeling

Well ladies it makes me sad to see so many of you going through this. As many of you know I've got a new place now n someone said i could get a community care grant to help with furniture.....no I can't cause they've stopped that. Then looked into a budgeting loan but no I can't get that cause I go to work. Something not right about this. Looks like we are penalised for going to work, makes you wonder should we all give up work and drain the system. NO we shouldn't we should fight for what the government says we are entitled to shouldn't we?

12fedup12 · 21/06/2015 15:14

Too right Morgan, we go out to work to provide for our children and set a good example to them and this is how they treat us. Could you ask your council or cab if there are any grants or charities that could help you.

OP posts:
Morgan97 · 21/06/2015 15:25

There's no grants but a few charities about so ill be looking into that next week 12fedup. It's just makes me so angry that there's no help whatsoever for people who work no wonder there's so many people out of work. Why should they go to work when they can stay at home and have help from everywhere. Soooooo tempted to leave work. I'm having a self pity day today....not attractive but so what I'm allowed one day of it ha

12fedup12 · 21/06/2015 15:34

After what you have been through no one could blame you for feeling like that, fingers crossed the charities can help you xx

Morgan97 · 21/06/2015 15:42

Thank you 12fedup. I'm gonna start looking into starting some sort of support group for all this. I need to keep my brain cell occupied as I'm going over the same thing n it's not helping me. Hopefully most of you on here will hear some good news soon

12fedup12 · 21/06/2015 15:46

Thank you Morgan I am keeping my fingers crossed for all of us that they sped up the whole process, they signed for my documents on 5th June, just really hoping they get a move on with it, my head has been pounding all day and I have already lost weight. If the problem is the mailing room then they should have staff working round the clock 7 days a week to clear it.
We are all hoping you get sorted soon, it's so unfair how they have treated you

OP posts:
Morgan97 · 21/06/2015 16:05

Tell me about it 12fedup. I don't think they've thought about the consequences of their actions. At the end of the day I appreciate checks need to be done but if they haven't got the staff to cope then they should get more staff in.....it's that simple but no it's much too easy to do that isn't it. There's so much support within this and the other threads so on a mission to get some sort of group started

12fedup12 · 21/06/2015 16:18

I agree with the checks but when you can't cope why keep sending more and more letters out, causing the back log to get bigger and bigger, I really hope they have got more staff in and are working 7 days a week and long hours to clear this

OP posts:
Morgan97 · 21/06/2015 19:05

12fedup Working 7 days a week noooooooo they won't do that. I'm losing weight at an alarming pace I'm trying to eat but I'm just not hungry I'm that stressed. Having at least one meal a day just not enjoy food any more. My life's been taken over by this it's awful isn't it.

12fedup12 · 21/06/2015 19:11

Certainly is I know it's silly I know I will get my documents back (very ocd about this) and all will be done ok as all my paperwork shows how many hours I work is correct and what I have told them, so I am stressing my self out for nothing but just can't help it. I have felt too sick to eat today.

OP posts:
12fedup12 · 21/06/2015 19:12

As my mum always says I am a born worrier lol

OP posts:
12fedup12 · 21/06/2015 19:23

I was told when i phoned that the checks on working hours are the most straightforward checks they do and are just making sure working the basic hours (I work more than the basic), I think I read some where that someone els who's check is on working hours have also been told tmore or less the same, that these are the most straight forward and easiest cases the deal with.

babyalan13 · 21/06/2015 19:29
