Please post your experiance from concentrix here, including how long it took for documents to go on system, how long to get documents, the time scale from start to finish (case closed) and what the outcome was

Yes they have but got to phone Monday as I am changing my hours to 30 so hopefully next year I won't need them . Cazzymog they don't stop payment mine continued for 6 weeks then sent me a letter asking for originals of bank state

Aww I no! Our wains finish on the 30 th June in n.Ireland so I doubt mine will be sorted by then! But putting them in a wee summer scheme for 2 weeks to keep them busy!!! Am hoping to work in it to if I feel better

Mine finish 17th July I'm in England so by then it will have been six weeks since they signed for my documents so just hoping and praying it's done x

I'd like to think it would be sorted by then to! I go on holiday on the 18th July!! I'll definitely be phoning that day!!

Me too, I will be phoning around that date as well. I am only a few days behind you in the que so once you know date yours have been done hopefully I will be done a few days later

I suggest ring once a week invade they've sent letters for more info etc!!

Maybe it didn't want to ring again for a couple of weeks cos some one said that if you do they look at that as guilt even though I can't see how wanting to know where my personnel documents are could be considered that. There's is nothi else I could sent they were doing an employment check and I have sent off everything they have asked for: payslips from April 14 - April 15, p60, contract of employment, letter from September, letter from 2013 revising my hours worked section in my contract as they increased, a letter from my employer dated 5/6/15 conforming that's how many hours I work a week and my renewal form

Sorry if that didn't make sense lol I meant letter from September 2013 changing my contracted hours

You have definitely sent everything!! Were you not asked for bank statements?

No didn't request bank statements baby

When I checked with them the day after posting everything that what I had send was all the correct information or was there anything else they said everything I has sent was what they wanted and that I had probably sent more than they need

Wonder why they want my bank statements!! When its the same check!!

My letter was wrong but! Because its dated 21st may. And asks for all information to be back for the 21st may! So I was in a panic. Cause I didn't receive letter till 23may! So when I phoned they said its an error and changed my deadline to the 20th june

I wonder if it's because it's a template letter and they forgot to take the bank statement part off the letter, does the front of the say information about your employment and hours worked

Was going to say about date on letter but again that shows these letters are templates and they just delete and change certain sections

I bet if you hadn't sent statements they wouldn't have even realised, wouldn't worry about it deffo because it's a template letter and they just haven't removed that part from your letter and that's the reason the date was wrong

Fab news nikki,ladies I really don't think they've thought this through,they're causing so much stress and hardship with their actions. I've appealed against their decision but it takes 28 days,was advised to make a new claim in the meantime so I've done that got a letter Thursday asking for more info so it's back to the bank foe more bank statement and a frantic search for more wage slips all this has already been seen though. Oh and it doesn't matter I'm at a different address now they want evidence from may and June my dealine for this is 14th July my poor brain cell is fit to burst

Oh Morgan I really hope that things change for the better and quickly it's so unfair
