A letter from concentrix part 3

Please post your experiance from concentrix here, including how long it took for documents to go on system, how long to get documents, the time scale from start to finish (case closed) and what the outcome was

Nah! I don't think I received a provisional form! I was thinking it was because I was being investigating by concentrix. There's a provisional part on last years award at the end but don't think they accept that

Maybe check with have hmrc if you should have got a provisional letter while concentrix is doing their checks, I renewed on phone on the 1st may and got the provisional letter less than a week later dated 4th of May

My scanned on 5 th may letter last week asking for originals if bank statements sent print screens not good enough and sent them off last sat recorded delivery and they are lost in the post but they tell me I need to reprint and repost so have had to reprint to send Monday so I then go back In the que. it's my mums anniversary today 2 years since I lost her and do you know what it's given my a sense of perspective they can do all they want but I'm not giving in fighting it all the way . They are paying me and until they stop I'm not going to worry anymore my life's been on hold for 7 weeks

So sorry scousejo must be a hard day for you. I hope you have everything sorted ASAP. It's a shame that given your situation they can't give you their address in Belfast and let you send it direct to them instead of going to back of the que when you have already waited 7 weeks! What was your check for.

Hi ladies. My sympathetic moment for the stressed staff ended this morning. I'd had a bottle of wine yesterday and it screwed my perspective. It seems those of us who had a final date of June 20th will be waiting some time yet! I am hoping no news is good news. Wouldn't they have stopped paying us by now if they were going to stop? I know I didn't send everything they wanted because I didn't have everything. Would I have had a more info letter by now? I wish we all lived near each other too, we could start up a support group. I suppose we could any way if any one knows how you go about these things or has the skills and knowledge to do so. Tomorrow is Sunday, no post, a day to breath out xx

Stresshead they haven't even opened our letters yet. So I doubt we will receive anything for a while.they won't stop payments until they have looked at our stuff! My deadline today. And they have had my stuff nearly 3 weeks! Ridiculous! But I will phone in 2 weeks I need to know before holiday. I feel bad for kids cause am trying to keep every penny just in case. I'd love to take them to McDonald's but don't want to waste money just in case!! And I need to buy teacher presents!!

So those of us with dead line of 3rd July are in for a long wait then! ! To them we are just cases to deal with and not real people who have other issues going on in life and now this. I can't believe there is not more about it in the press. You can understand checks have to be done. But so many at once? ?? And in such an accusing form. then not able to manage it and leave us all like this. Makes I mad!!!

Babyalan. And when they do finally look at our stuff do they then stop payment if they need more info do you know? I haven't sent all 12 months wage slips only 9 cos that's all I could find. And don't know if this is enough. The message on the phone suggests don't ring them till 28 days is up. I need my stuff back! !!!

Cazzy my deadline is also 3rd of July so at least we can both compare how ours are going. When did u say they got your documents they got mine 5th June. When did u last speak to them. I am going to phone on 3rd of July to find out if they have sent my documents back.
Does anyone know if they can give you the tracking number once they sent documents?

Ladies just received my documents back recorded delivery the date on it is the 6th of June which was the day they scanned all my info x

How can it take 14 days to get back to you unless they only send post out once a week. Glad you have got your documents back

Well after a lot of research this past 3 weeks I haven't found anyone who's payments have stopped through concentrix its hmrc that stops it. But I do believe that they can only stop payments if they 100% no you shouldn't be claiming. I hope this to be true! I've 4 children and work 30 hours. I've done 3 different online calculators and I no am definitely entitled to tax credits. I actually believe they have been under paying me!! Lol but my concern is it is in peoples hands who I don't no!! I'd feel better if I could speak to them face to face like you can do with housing. But this is so stressful. I check my bank everyday when I get out of bed. Am totally obsessed with it now. I 100% rely on the tax credits. And wouldn't survive without them

I am the same baby I am checking my account everyday, I have also used the various tax credit calculators including hmrc and they are all giving exactly the same amounts and all match what I am getting

Sent mine tracked and was signed for on the 6th fedup. So around the same time as you. I've never spoke to them. Tried but gave up after 40 or so mins waiting each time. . As I now need my p60 back for the OU course I will ring on Monday.

Not just me with the phones changing spelling then lol

Fed up I'm taking it that because it takes them a few weeks scanning them on it will be the same sending them all back out
Baby my deadline was 28th of May I sent 22nd they signed next day wasn't on system till 6th made decision 18to close the case had sufficient evidence

Very much the same cazzy mine was signed on 5th so only a day before yours. Keep me posted what they say on Monday best to call at 8 am if u can

Well my letter turned up today dated 15th saying case closed
