I got the we believe another adult is living with u ....... Haven't received any documents back but I was told it would take a bit of time ........ Can I also say I was worried as my bt is in my exes name and he has had things sent to my house and I also have a dla car thats for our son who is dusabled which he is insured under but I was not asked for any more information than what I sent I was told by cab noit to write an accompanying letter explaining all these things as it wasn't known yet what they knew or didn't so there was no point over explaining and maybe giving them ammunition hopefully it gives some if u hope regarding having a few things in your exes name at your home ......... I am a single mum we r however still connected because of our son and his needs xx

babyalan13 · 19/06/2015 22:38

Aww at least were the same date!! We should no roughly the same time. I think I'll give it 2 weeks. I'd say they are under pressure to by hmrc because they have to get it done. Maybe because they are so much back logged maybe they won't look to much in to our stuff!! Am bit worried about my eBay hobby!! Lol hope you Morgan are settled in nicely! It should definitely help having your own place with no other ties. My problem to is I ain't to concerned on my documents. Cause most were copies. I don't have originals. But it did say on letter that print outs were acceptable so here's hoping!!

12fedup12 · 19/06/2015 22:42

Mine is employment check they won't to check the hours I work so requested a years payslips, p60, my employment contract and letter from employer stating hours worked a week and renewal form which I did on the phone on 1/5/15 but sent it to them anyway, all this information matches with their records I am just so paranoid about my payslips going missing as it is a whole tax years worth, as well as my p60. Not as concerned about contract as can get another copy of that from my personnel folder and the letter was fine for them. It is just ocd about my payslips and p60 going missing.

12fedup12 · 19/06/2015 22:43

My documents are all originals and I didn't make any copies!

babyalan13 · 19/06/2015 22:44

I did write a covering letter. Saying why I claimed tax credits and ages of my children. I also wrote that there was difference in 14 p60 and 15 p60 due to maternity. And I wrote I couldn't provide time sheets as we don't use them in my employment. I thought this was ok. I wanted to write something. But didn't say anything about eBay!! Lol

12fedup12 · 19/06/2015 22:47

Lol wouldn't have thought eBay was any of their business! I don't get time sheets either so the bursar typed a letter to confirm how many hours a week I work and what my role is

In my work we have our personal employment site on our computer which h we log into so I just print pay slips of the site and same with p60.. Its all automatic. We don't receive anything in paper. So I just print as I need which is handy. Housing executive never query it. I just hope they don't ask for anything else cause am of work now with stress!!!

Morgan97 · 19/06/2015 22:48

Bapper it's always best just to send what they ask for they only get confused otherwise ( sarcasm moment). We not at new house tonight ran out of time to get gas and electric on and have no furniture whatsoever but these things can be sorted one way or another. Really think its best not to ring em too much they obviously can't cope with the consequences of their actions but think they've got a nerve saying that ringing them makes you look guilty how bloody dare they!

bapper2000 · 19/06/2015 22:49

I'm sure yous will be ok just try and stay positive I know how stressed out you all are I'll now light my candle for yous (and I'm not even holy this is what it's done to me ) lol

babyalan13 · 19/06/2015 22:50

I was the same. My employer typed a letter saying I always have worked 30 hours. So really what more do they want! EBay am not so sure. I do sell the odd thing! I went all bank statements before I posted and I made 1500 between April 14 to April 15! But its only old clothes and toys nothing major

12fedup12 · 19/06/2015 22:51

That's how I feel Morgan how can they say that all I have said every time is I am concerned about my documents but I won't phone them again for a couple of weeks, hopefully will get documents back begins then and won't need to call at all. Jose you get everything sorted soon and can get settled into your new home.
That's good baby to be able to print it off as and when you need it. We don't have that so can't do that

bapper2000 · 19/06/2015 22:53

Morgan I did send everything they asked for on the form but when I phoned them when I received orginal letter the fella told me to write a letter saying about my son my ex if he had anything at my address I'mhis name CAB advised against and my case is now closed .......

12fedup12 · 19/06/2015 22:53

Wouldn't have thought would make a difference baby you aren't running a busy from it and surly you are allowed to do that. I have never personally sold on eBay only buy lol

12fedup12 · 19/06/2015 22:56

Thank you bapper Just got a little worried about you saying calling a lot makes us look guilty although I haven't added about my case only about getting my documents back but I won't phone again for a couple of weeks now

OP posts:
12fedup12 · 19/06/2015 23:02

Going to try my best to stop worrying now and just wait it out, everything I have sent them matches all the information on my renewal and just try to relax I am sure I will get documents back (ocd sucks sometimes)

babyalan13 · 19/06/2015 23:02

Me and you fed up will find that difficult I think! Lol. Not phoning!! Am addicted to eBay buying and selling lol. I've a feeling they might ask for PayPal accounts. Now that would be a hassel!!!

babyalan13 · 19/06/2015 23:03

Am just terrified my payments will stop!!! I'd never cope

12fedup12 · 19/06/2015 23:05

I think we will find it very hard not to phone, will have to come on here everytime the urge to phone starts lol I am addicted to buying from eBay. I'm sure you won't have to you can't be the only to use eBay to sell unwanted items

OP posts:
12fedup12 · 19/06/2015 23:06

Same here baby but I'm sure we will be fine x

OP posts:
bapper2000 · 19/06/2015 23:09

Morgan97 · 19/06/2015 23:10

Baby you will cope you have to,there's times when I think I can't take any more but I'm still surviving ( just) it's a horrible desperate situation to be in but I just keep on going and you all will too.

12fedup12 · 19/06/2015 23:12

It's ok bapper I will be ok, now I know I am going to hold off phoning for at least 2 weeks which is when my deadline is, I'm sure it will be fine I haven't asked them for any other information on my case only if my documents are on system as I am very worried about them going missing. Like I said I will hold off phoning them for 2 weeks xx

I've been glued to this thread since receiving my concentrix letter beginning of June. Returned 5th received 8th. heard nothing. I've tried to ring many times to see if they have enough info but given up waiting. Now reading some of the comments I'm not sure I should! I too sent covering letter about a few points. ... i'm separated but my wages still go into old joint account with husband. ..simply because I've not got round to changing it we do still occasionally use this account as we have two children one lives with me the other with him. Also when I renewed in may I put thirty hours . I do work this but contract says 29.25(teaching assistant ) the other hour is a before school club I do but it is paid for from a separate pot(sports grant thing)I've found a Web site called revenue benefits that seems to say this does form part My Hours but I do hate all this waiting and worrying! I also need my p60 back asap as I've signed up to do an OU course and I need to send it off with course funding form by! I'm so pleased to read that some of you have finally had it sorted and I have my fingers crossed for those of us that are still waiting! !!
