A letter from concentrix part 3

Please post your experiance from concentrix here, including how long it took for documents to go on system, how long to get documents, the time scale from start to finish (case closed) and what the outcome was

My deadline is 2/7 the guy I spoke to the other day says it will all be sorted by then. I will ring again the week before to see what is going on. I hope he was right but what he said and what they are telling everyone else is very different. Confused

That's really bad! Apparently best time to phone is 8am. Obviously they must have people answering phones and then others doing paper work. I'd like to think anyway

Can I just ask why you are all calling? Is it cos your payments have stopped or because you want an update? If it's the first reason then fair enough. If it's the second reason you're just blocking up the phone lines and they'll contact you if they need to.

Hi all I have been following this thread for a while ... So thought I'd share my situation ... I posted my documents firs class on 5th June they were delivered 6th June my dead line was 21/6 my check was for childcare I sent in a year full of receipts .. I haven't heard anything back yet .. Has anyone had a childcare check and sent only receipts and have heard back .. Are the receipts sufficient .. I've recently had a baby .. And not knowing what is going to happen is stressing me out .. This is only thing I think about ... Just want outcome dome renewal
A month ago too haven't heard anything back ... I want to know if I have to pay anything back as I am on maternity and still use the childcare as I thought we are still able to ... This thread is life saver helps you get through the day ..

You do know that they dont ring for more info.
They write, from my experience their letters take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

So yes i think people should be ringing at least once a week to see the progress, i know my case was finalised monday and that it was no change.

I also know my renewal was finalised two days after concentrix case closed.
I only know cause i rang, other wise id be in limbo for weeks!
I also knew they needed more info cause i rang the week before, they had sent a letter but my letter turned up 2 weeks after my deadline for info!

We are low income families relying on our tax credits

Fed up

I had child care check, my figures wasnt accurate but they have closed my case!
Apparently my figures were less than £10 a week lower so not big enough to change!
They have even written off the fact i used someone who wasnt ofsted registered for two weeks as my normal nursery was fully booked!

I panicked and will not settle till i get my paperworl

I agree you need to phone. It helps with anxiety and it helps to have some control so by speaking to them can sometimes help. I phone once a week and I will continue to phone to I no the answer

From them signing for mine 20th May, they scanned 27th may and needed more info 2nd june.
Then 9th june i rang and hadnt had the letter they sent 2nd june.

And they looked at it 12th June.
It was finalised when i rang 15th June.

3-4 week lead time.

I've had this letter about Childcare and sent off my receipts on 2 June. I quite honestly thought it was a scam and I wrote to tell them this. Plus surely it would save us the 70 million we are paying them if we got a childcare receipt along the lines of a P60. I'm so angry I have involved my MP ..... bombard them with e-mails; they get paid to help you! If I get anymore I an suing for defamation of Character. Good Luck all.

Have been reading daily. I got the childcare letter on April 30th with a 28 May deadline. Sent my bank statements on 2nd May . Received a letter on 23rd May returning my documents and saying they would be in touch with a decision - am still waiting!! So I have had this hanging over me for 7 weeks!!! I think my calculations were out so am waiting to hear about over payments and fines. I have stopped claiming tax credits as am not prepared to go through this every year, especially the one about not being single.as I result I had to pay back my April and May payments. Would rather do without. The stress has been terrible as you all know. They seem to let you claim and then change the goal posts. Bastards.

Has any body else managed to speak to concentrix today, how long have you been told the backlog is, just wondering if the man i spoke to today was just trying to get me to not phone anymore as he said don't phone again till your original deadline, I just can't believe that in the space of 24 hours it changed from my documents should be on system next week to today saying won't be until your deadline then another 2 - 4 weeks after that for case to be looked at and closed and don't call again till your original deadline on 3rd of July!!!!!

That's great Nikki ... I hope I get a positive outcome soon as it's my little brothers wedding coming up and can't concentrate and enjoy as much and shop as much .

Baby I have had enough, got 3 birthdays in July, a holiday in August and waiting for my son to have test done so already anxious about that and this is making everything 10 x worse
