A letter from concentrix part 3

Please post your experiance from concentrix here, including how long it took for documents to go on system, how long to get documents, the time scale from start to finish (case closed) and what the outcome was

My first lot recievdd 4 th may and scanned on 5 th may deadline was 30 th may they sent me a letter on 4 th June recieved on 10 th June then gave me till yesterday to send the bank st less than a week !!!! it's now taking 2 weeks to even scan .

Your first lot must of been before the back log started which has probably been caused by renewals now going to them before they can be finalised! Have you spoken to them again to extend the deadline for you? Fingers crossed you get everything sorted soon, none of us need to be dealing with this stress and anxiety

Aye I am!! Even though I did ring hmrc and concentrix to make it wasn't them who stopped it. You just don't believe nothing till you see it! I may change bank! Fingers crossed for next week now. Cause my deadline tomorrow! And again you just never no!

Efergie same dates as mine, I have just got off phone and have now been told there is a 4 week back log and mine probably won't be on the system till my deadline on 3rd of July and phone back then, he then said he is extending my deadl Be to 17th of July to give me peace of mind. I have phoned everyday since 6th of June and in the space of 24 hours has gone from saying my documents will be on by next week to now saying July!!!!

Im still on hold (nearly 4o mins) but this is madness, i was also told on Mon will be later this week or next week at the latest. Amazing how they pressure your documents saying they will stop your money but they have no deadline, meanwhile people are just left worrying. I know ive always told them if anything changes but its still a worry. Ugh blooming place!!

I am same as you efergie I tell them e dry little change. I have have been told all week the same as you, I got through and spoke to someone called Jimmy who told me 4 week back log, and then another 2 - 4 weeks after documents scanned for them to look at case and close. Will be interesting to see what they tell you.bmaking me feel ill, I think he was trying to get me not to phone anymore but I am going to keep phoning them!

Im sick of getting told... you dont need to keep ringing back, we will write when its completed, you have sent the stuff in now its just a matter of waiting ect. I explained when i called at first. I have extreme anxiety so dont even leave the house. I will focus on this and worry till its sorted and all i got was...ill put a note on the system. Im sure they use that as their standard fob off line, they cant even put our documents on the system, im not holding out much hope for any notes ( still on hold, ill scream if they cut me off after an hour ...48 mins)

I feel the same baby wish I hadn't phoned now feel really sick now, I though all my documents would be on there by next week, I hope he was just saying to try and put me off phoning and if that's the case it won't work I will want to call even more now

Lol!! If they were the 28th may the other day then surely mine being the 2nd June should be on next week!? Or are they going by deadline!!! If that's the case am screwd. My deadline date tomarrow!!

Apparently Tuesday they were upto 28th of may how long is it taking to upload a days post I would have thought a day at the most so surly today they should be up 1st of June

Mine is 3rd of July and the person I spoke to this morning has extended to 17th of July because he said he wanted to give me peace of mind all he has done is make me feel worse
