Husband sacked Can anyone help me work out what we can claim?

I'm completely confused ! We have three children - age 7 11 and 15
I'm self employed but only earnt 4k last year
He now doesn't have a job
We have a mortgage

What do we do???? Xxx

I suspect the solution is the wife getting a very full on full time job and husband staying home minding the children as he will find it hard to get work again.

Their whole purpose is to protect patients, not to dole out justice. Yes, some people do stuff so wrong they need to be struck off as an example, but your DH may not be one of these.

To keep his registration, the HCPC need to be sure that he is safe to practise. If there is any smidgen of doubt that he is covering up or making light, they will (rightly) think that he might do something similar again. If he wants to keep his registration, he needs to go in with his hands up, explain what he did, that he now understands it was wrong, and with evidence that he has now changed.
