sun, so sorry that your crappy friend has made your anxiety worse. So on your behalf. You deserve to start feeling like a normal pg person. None of us are silly enough to think that nothing can ever go wrong after a 12 week scan, but the chances of having a problem drop dramatically. I know mc makes us so much more hyper aware of the risks but if you've never had late mc then i don't think your chances of having one are any higher than any other pg woman after a good 12 week scan. Would it be worth booking a private scan at 16w or something to put your mind at rest. Those 8 weeks between the dating and anomaly scans must seem like an eternity.

Afm, I cracked and tested this morning and have a very faint second line. So my acupuncturist was right! Absolutely shitting myself, but at least this one feels stronger on the symptoms than last time and I'm not already bleeding, which has to be a better start. I'm hoping for a wtf miracle like a few of you have had! Pred starts this morning but I'll hold off a few days for the prog, just in case.

Oh March that's such great news. what dpo are you? Really really hoping this is the start of your happy ending!

I'm only 9dpo from opk, but i think I ov earlier, so either 10 or possibly 11. Still very early for me to get a positive, but hoping that's a good sign. Just feels like I'm waiting for it to fade again

Try to think positive. easier said than done I know but I'm a strong believer in positive thinking!

biscuits that's so weird I woke up thinking about sebs this morning! I'm sure the reason you've not been around is because everything is going fine. Hope you're not mentalling too much x

Meant to say fifi, my sickness seemed to start the evening of my scan so I think the anxiety and nerves leading up to the scan just masked the sickness. So this could be the case for you too. X

Thanks all. Feeling pretty emotional as today is the day i miscarried my little lobster last year. Hopeful that this little anemone (using your name tanny!) will fare better.

I can confirm that Alice is beautiful and Beth came home wearing her socks, as Tiny is a bit more organised than me.

This time next year there will be more meet ups, I just know it.

I'm here. I try and read every few days but I've been feeling so ill for a week or so that I've mainly been keeping my head down. I have a scan this afternoon, as you can imagine I am hoping for the best and expecting the worse.

Huge congratulations for the positive scans that I missed. So pleased cloud and bootles and fingers crossed for everyone else with scans today and in their 2ww waiting to test xxx

Sun, you may be lucky and feel a little movement before too long. I was going to get a private scan at about 16 weeks, but Scott let me know he was going strong at about 15 and a half, so I didn't bother. I know that's early, though. You never know!
