Sounds hopeful minnie and cheesy. Keeping my fingers crossed for you both.

How confusing onestep. A combination of acupuncture and i think probably partly the progesterone did bring my ov day forward, but then that's what I was aiming for as I had long cycles. I know the prog normally delays af (ie lengthens LP of previous cycle), and have often wondered if my body still counted af as starting from where it would have done without prog (which would be earlier than I counted it from started bleeding). That sounds confusing now!

barking, so sorry to hear your dad now has c dif. Life truly is shitting on your family at the moment. Your luck has to turn soon. It just has to. Hope you are feeling a bit better soon too x

Afm I have booked Thur and Fri off, so will actually have nearly a week off as we are away Sun to Tues. Really looking forward to a break. Plus I have decided we are just going to book our holiday to France in September.
Just had a call from my lovely gp. She has finally had an email back from my shit consultant saying that she doesn't support the treatment as it's not proven, but admitted that it would be low risk as long as it wasn't beyond 12 wks. Gp has said on that basis she'd be happy to prescribe the pred. Hoorah! (Think she felt my desperation) Am also going to get a swab at the gp in case I've got any kind of infection.

Seriously considering sending aunt flo to Athens too! I have emailed serum for details. Hoping that wouldn't cause more delays

Just home. Was waiting over an hour. Everything OK. Hallalula!! 13 +4 due date 17th December. Was emotional going back to the hospital. Haven't been there since erpc last November. Drove back in almost silence. It's just not exciting after mc. Anyway milestone reached. Celebrating with pizza tonight. Couldn't get through this shit without you ladies xx

Will catch up on what I've missed in a bit.

march I'm so sorry. Thank goodness you've got a supportive gp because you're consultant sounds crap! I hope the pred is the missing piece you've been looking for x

seb I hope you're scan goes well. I agree those hcg numbers look right on track. Now go away spotting!

barking sI sorry. I don't know very much about c diff but I hope the doctors are taking good care of your dad and you and your poor family get a break soon x

Interesting to hear you all talk about stress and the numerous ilnesses it has caused. It's only now I've had some time at home that I'm looking at things with a fresh perspective. Six years I was working twelve hour shifts and my job was fresh and exciting but now in my late twenties I can see my job and the stress that comes with it has been hugely detrimental to my mental and physical health. I feel spent.

Hello to everyone I missed, hope you're all well and welcome to the newcomers, sorry you find yourselves here but they really are brilliant aren't they?

I'm in my phone so I cant scroll back but can I just say chuck it in the fuck it bucket?! Absolutely brilliant. It made DH and DBro laugh out loud. They all say hello btw.

Ladies on agnus castus why did you start taking it?

sebsmummy1 · 15/06/2015 20:07

Oh what fabulous news diddly. Made up for you xxx

girliesaints · 15/06/2015 20:09

Evening ladies, back from long weekend, which was fab but very hectic as went with sil and her family. For the first time in 12 weeks DH & I actually laughed and forgot what has happened. Ironically tomorrow would have been our 12 week scan with the last pregnancy, if we had got that far, which is a timely reminder ????

Anyway, Have tried to catch up with the 18 pages since I was away (!) apologises in advance if I miss anyone;

Sebs- sounds promising from the hcg levels and the support from the hospital. Hope the spotting settles down

Diddy, glad scan went well & enjoy the pizza!

March- so sorry it's already over. Hope Mr March is looking after you. You know we're here for you, as you often are for us

Barking, sorry to hear about your dad. Could you take some time off from work to visit him before the weekend?

Brummie, remember one day at a time, rather than focusing on the next two weeks

Sasha, interesting in your nk cells point. All mine mcs have happened at 6 or 9 weeks. Haven't yet visited Coventry but definitely going after two afs have passed as think could be my answer

Bythesea- glad to hear hols went well

And lastly welcome to Peqit, Tomcat, Thorne, Thornfield, Hamay & Fifi. Quite a few over the last few days but hope we can provide support & advice. The lovely ladies have been very supportive during my last mc (confirmed three weeks ago tomorrow, following weeks of inconclusive scans)

mrsdiddlydoo · 15/06/2015 20:12

seb I'm taking the blood results as good news. Fingers crossed the scan goes well and you'll be on fragmin soon.

barking I'm sorry your dad has c diff. I think you've made the right call not doing the 4 hour round trip though. You need to look after yourself as well. You guys deserve a break from all this. Now where did I put my magic wand...

brummie mr watts sounds like a legend and I'm glad you're getting such good care. Bit rubbish about the clexane but hey, if it gets you to the finish line it's worth it. Anything is.

Mmmm.... I have suffered from IBS. Interesting how all these stress related illnesses seem to have a relationship with rmc.

Glad you're having a bit of a break march

OneStep2015 · 15/06/2015 20:12

Barking, March, af was slightly late after Progesterone, arrived on day 31 instead of day 28. Had a proper meltdown the day before though, couldn't stop crying!

March, I've started reflexology as my feet seem to hurt a lot. I don't like feet especially my own! Sister in law recommended and it was wonderful. I'm always shoving my feet under my husbands nose on the sofa (I know poor bloke) asking him to massage them, but obviously not really what he wants to be doing whilst watching telly! Smile

Great news Mrs D! Smile

Brummie, willing you on through the next couple of weeks. X

NotSpartacus · 15/06/2015 20:25

March sorry it hasn't happened this time. I'd cry on my boss, too.

Sebs the HCG levels look promising. I don't know much about molar pg, except that they are rare, but I do know that HCG levels are very variable and because they are supposed to double every 48 hours, and because they do not do so in a linear way, you can get people whose levels look very high or low that suddenly fall back into line, or big differences over a couple of days. The good thing is with your levels your pg is not likely to be ectopic, and they ought to be able to spot the bean on a scan (although of course there won't be much to see just yet).

Barking I'm sorry your dad isn't well, that's a tough thing to deal with. I hope he gets better really soon and that the hospital are taking good care of him.

LOVE chuck it in the fuck it bucket.

Mrs D - yay for a great scan! Really pleased.

Nothing much happening here. Have just baked 36 cupcakes for a hyper-excited DD who will be 9 tomorrow (how did that happen?). Still cramping a tiny bit , but the boobs are soft and painless, even though I prod them hard every ten minutes! Actually, I have remembered that I accidentally took aspirin (in the form of anadin extra) around this point when I got pg with Dd. I am halfway to taking one of my little baby aspirins now (against doctor's orders...).

OneStep2015 · 15/06/2015 20:34

Fuckity fuck I cannot believe I am posting this wtf, 2x pregnancy test just done, both positive straight away! What the eck do I do now??!! How is it even possible???! Seriously wtf!!??

Thornfield38 · 15/06/2015 20:40

Oh my goodness Onestep! Was your AF a normal one?

CheesyMash · 15/06/2015 20:48

onestep was wondering this when you got a pos opk well before ov was due as they pick up hcg! (Congratulations) Xxx

OneStep2015 · 15/06/2015 20:51

Noooo Thorne, as I posted on here previously it was bright bright red blood every time I went to the toilet, I think my period blood is normally darker, but when things like this happen you start questioning yourself!!? Anyway it went on for a couple of days longer than usual. I seriously just don't know what to think right now?!!!! I did a pregnancy test on day 28, 29 of my cycle and they were clear negatives! I've been getting slight tummy aches after dinner each evening which has been weird. Shaking like a leaf now.

Marchgirl · 15/06/2015 20:57

Omg. Congratulations onestep. It was time for some more good bfp news on here. Have you got a treatment plan?

OP posts:
Thornfield38 · 15/06/2015 21:02

Sounds like it could have been IB - it can be quite heavy in some cases. The indigestion is a good sign. That was my first symptom both times I got a BFP. Whispering congratulations!

Justonemoretime · 15/06/2015 21:08

Mrsdiddlydoo Grin Grin Grin great news!
Oooh! Onestep, how exciting!
