Thanks freckle. I'll probably just wait until tomorrow and test again then add i want to give it time to get a bit stronger if it's going to. Are you testing tomorrow? You have nerves of steel to hold out this long!
Thinking of you brummie. Perhaps you are being taught how to inject?

sun I am thrilled for you!! Brilliant news!

BunnyMad · 12/06/2015 10:37

wow this is a fast moving thread! Thought I better post my stats on this thread before we run out of space Smile

I am 40 and my DH is 33

DD born Oct 2011 by EMCS (due to me contracting meningitis whilest pregnant)
MC1 @ 12 weeks Dec 2014- found out at the scan but had a feeling as was bleeding - got a d&c
MC2 @ 6 weeks May 2015 - natural

Think the first one might have been a blighted ovum but hosptial did not say.

AF arrived last week so TTC again.

Good luck to Brummie and Sun with their scans today

Massive congrats to Longest for the arrival of your gorgeous girl Beth, super cute pics

Congrats to all the bfp's, fingers x'd

And welcome to all the newbies, sorry to find yourselves here but its a great thread with loads of info on it.

Out of interest, does anyone use a fertility app? I want to track my ovulation, mostly because I would like to know my own body a bit more. I downloaded Fertility friend, does anyone recommend another one or is this one OK?

bootles · 12/06/2015 10:38

6+3 with a little heartbeat beating frantically away - we even saw it beating and they were so kind and gave me a photo

My dates are bang on with the NHS due date calculator and all of you that said as I had 25 day cycle I was 3 days ahead.

I'm so relieved but got follow up scan in 3 weeks. Got all my Clexane too

Sun yay!!!!!

March don't forget I threw away 3 tests before getting this BFP

Thanks so much for all the hand holding and support. You've all been wonderful xx

Still madly refreshing. Remember it took ages to get heparin from pharmacy even nurse wondered if we were coming back.

Bunny I used Ovuview too as you can choose which rules it uses like overriding a positive opk, but really liked the idea of comparing charts with FF. Never did manage to transfer all my data onto FF though.

Jady77 · 12/06/2015 10:47

Wow excellent news Brummie and breathe. Phew. So so pleased Sun and Brummie.

March and Freckle I really hope this is your month. You have both been so supportive as well as giving us giggles with poem reciting boobs.

I'm going offline for the rest of the day. Happy Friday everyone.

Sunandrainbow · 12/06/2015 10:47

Phew!!! brummie - had heart in mouth waiting for your post. Awesome news!!!!!! X

Floweroct · 12/06/2015 10:49

Whoop! Great news brummie fantastic :)

bunny i use ff and I'm quite happy with it but I've never used any others to compare it with.

Right I can stop refreshing and get on with some work now!

cloudjumper · 12/06/2015 10:49

Excellent news, brummie Full steam ahead now Smile

Sunandrainbow · 12/06/2015 10:51

Sorry - bit all over the place, meant to say earlier march - I was told with the pred that I only needed to ween off it once had been on it for 3 weeks. With last mc, I stopped after about a week and didn't have any side effects. Am on 25mg - guess it may be different depending on dose. x

tannyLoo · 12/06/2015 10:51

WHOOPEEEEEE!!!! All round !!!

Erm...better go teach bottom set y10...

Marchgirl · 12/06/2015 11:04

Yay brummie! So pleased for you. Great that you've got the meds on board now

bunny I've got 3 apps Blush. I think ff is the most detailed and is my main one. It definitely has the best charting but you can't override what it says is ov day, which really annoys me because I'm a slow riser on bbt so it always says i ov a day later than i actually did and then I end up fudging the temp to make it right. I use ovia as it has some encouraging tidbits like it'll say "creamy cm at this stage is a sign you might be pregnant! ", but sometimes they are really inane things. I like the interface for input but the charting is not that good. And i use ovuview as well. Again, the data entry is good and I like the wheel telling me about fertile window and when I'm due, plus it has an override on ov. But again i don't think the charting is that good. I really ought to just get a grip and choose one, but it gives me something to do while I'm stressing about everything else.

I'm in tww sasha how many dpo are you? I'm not sure I think around 5dpo but could be 7dpo had a bit of a funny month with different ov signs at different times! Going to go with 5dpo for taking progesterone I think. I really cant concentrate at work today as you may have realised from my numerous posts! Really symptom spotting but trying not to! Had some blue cheese last night which I normally love but had to spit it out as I thought it was horrible dh's first reaction 'are you pregnant'? It's too early for it to be that obviously but I can't help it. I'm just setting myself up for disappointment which is going to be doubly hard as af is due around next weekend which is my last due date :(

Justonemoretime · 12/06/2015 11:11

Sun and Brummie, Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin great news!

tannyLoo · 12/06/2015 11:12

FF said I didn't ov last time I used it. Shows what it knows!

Freckle you really do make me laugh!

Justonemoretime · 12/06/2015 11:18

I had ffs, but it was a case of trying to check the weather on the met office app, rather than looking out of the window; almost never coincided with what my body was actually doing. It was quite useful for planning ahead for where in my cycle I'd be in order to plan holidays or whether ov was likely when dh was away etc, but for close cycle monitoring, I found it better to see what was going on in physical signs of ov etc.

Justonemoretime · 12/06/2015 11:19

*ff (although it did make me go 'ffs' more than once!)

sebsmummy1 · 12/06/2015 11:22

I'm an advocate of no opks or machine or apps as most of the times I've fallen pregnanct has been when I've screamed FO to the lot of them and just had sex around the middle of the cycle.

I think if you have irregular cycles and irregular OV then they are a good idea. But if you have regular cycles and generally OV around the same time each month they are just another thing to stress about.
