SOUTHAMPTON MEET UP

Hi there.. I am from Hamble.. nr Southampton and am looking to meet up with some locals. I have been back from New Zealand now for just over 2 years and have found it difficult meeting others.
I am mother to 3 ages 19, 14 & 4 yes the 4 yr old was like starting all over again!

I have commited myself to doing a charity cycle ride next year and to be honest am getting nervous.. Was featured in the local rag this week too in order to spread the word and get some fundraising going

I'm hoping to come on Friday too, have chatted to some of you before (I'm the Nappy Bore of olde Bitterne Park.) Will bring 2yr old ds - went down the curly wurly slide at Krazy Kingdom 2 days before he was born so fond memories there! If I make it I will def sponsor you CycleIndia, am in awe of anyone who does exercise full stop.

LOL Bouquet... but thank you very much hun. I am doing a curry night in Woolston on July 16th if anyone is interested. It's £20 a head for buffet though, but all goes to the charity. Will be holding a raffle too that night I hope. Should be a good night, it sure is a nice restaurant.

I am going to a spin class tonight which should be fun although exhausting no doubt! If all goes well I will do a 2nd one on wednesday morning. Hoping it gives a huge kick start to my exercise plan

Had a great weekend down in Viccy Park with NCT group. all the toddlers and the dads running amok!

tommy mmm bannister park not that big!! If you know me then I am the one with the 18mo with the broken arm!! He was out of plaster last week hooray. or look here - at our self involved website mainly aimed at relatives overseas !!

Nappyvalley... aww poor little lamb! bet that turned your stomach when he pulled the cast off! Did me in enough when my son who was 11 at the time broke his arm! you not able to make friday aye you?

Spin class was good although pretty tough, got another one tomorrow and again monday, so that makes twice a week now for that plus other fitness stuff at gym & swimming..

hey.. just got in from work, and have to wind down before I head to bed so here I am..

Only actually sold 3 tickets but got many more promising to buy, so hoping to get around 50-60 there. Daily Echo reckon they will be coming plus the woolston directory, so thats great.

Doing 2 spin classes a week now on top of the regular gym & swim in the desperate hope to get fit enough to complete this challenge. The spin classes are a killer.

Writing another blog this week on training etc, so gots to think of lots of good stuff to rabbit on about.. lol

Afternoon all. Will be there tomorrow as I have now finished work............just for a week then start a new job with the Huntington'sAssociation next week. Bit of a sad day been at my work for 5 years - but time for something new.
