Hi there.. I am from Hamble.. nr Southampton and am looking to meet up with some locals. I have been back from New Zealand now for just over 2 years and have found it difficult meeting others.
I am mother to 3 ages 19, 14 & 4 yes the 4 yr old was like starting all over again!

I have commited myself to doing a charity cycle ride next year and to be honest am getting nervous.. Was featured in the local rag this week too in order to spread the word and get some fundraising going

Hi all, Itchen valley is good for me too, a sunday morning would be OK but I only have DS every other Sunday so a little restricted to the weeks we can make it.

Just a quick one. Ithcen valley sounds good to me. Am free every weekend for ever - billy no mates so will be there.
Off to Liverpool now for my new job - fingers crossed it goes well. Get to see Jacob this afternoon yeah. But have to say my farewells to Spencie boy. Oh well. He will be back before I know it. He is going mad doing the jobs that need doing before he goes. Only been waiting for months and now he decided to get started ho hum.

how about 8th July? I am doing Race for Life on 15th, then its curry night on 16th for cycle India. If we meet on 8th then anyone thats coming can buy a ticket then. Otherwise we can make it 22nd July.

On the nappy front. Southampton Real Nappy Gals are meeting at Clare's on monday,
BOD/CYcleIndia ??? I was hoping to go as Clare and I were in same NCT classes and I am a real nappy gal thru and thru, but sadly I totally forgot I am up in Yorks with inlaws AND DS has come out in chicken pox like spots today, but not v many. Well see in the morning!

So if you are going pls tell clare I send apologies in case I forget to text her myself!!!!

I guess we can do both dates, some make it 8th others 22nd? There are a few going to curry night, some from netmums too. So if we meet up before you can buy tickets as I need to know definite numbers to tell the restaurant a week before hand

Sorry not been on for a while as had no internet access!. Cant do the 8th as working a morning shiftbut could possibly do the 22nd as am on anual leave. Cycle India I am doing race for life on 15th too.

Mumof2monsters, yes would be lovely to meet up again. Haven't heard from mamanoodle was expecting her to e-mail me to arrange for her DS to come into work and have a ride on tractor.

All ok here. New job is a bit of a nightmare but think is just because it is something new.

Jacon's sleep has gone to pot - waking at alsorts of time and def ready to start the day between 4 and 5!!!! So am feeling it abit.

How about the new playzone place Jungle Jeans nr Leisureworld one weekday esp as all the toddler groups are closing down about now? It's cheaper than Playshack and has crap marketing so should be fairly quiet. Free parking too.

DS decided to come down with chicken pox while away at in laws in yorkshire! So we are still house bound so to speak.

Not been to Jungle Jeans, looks interesting. Monday afternoons or wednesdays work best 4 us, but I know that is a bit restrictive!!!

DS has been really ill with a stomach bug, poor thing how do you explain to a child of 3 that he's not allowed to eat.

Had an e-mail from mamanoodle and her DC's have had flu and her laptop has blown up which is why she hasn't been on.

Monday afternoon is great for me & Danielle as she has school in morning on that day. How about we do Monday 9th?

Can do morning and lunch on 9th, would have to leave about 2pm though. But don't let me stop it going ahead.
Wednesday 11th is also good for me, anytime.

Can do the 9th but not until about 2pm but would have to check if DH can pick up son from school. Hope you ladies are all ok. rosepetal sorry to hear little one has been ill, hope he feels better soon.

Went and tried out Jungle Jeans.. its really nice. Apart from the long wait on food. Lack of highchairs, and dodgy parking. But inside is big and clean.

I have to let the restaurant know rough numbers next weekend so anyone who is a def please let me know for the curry night.. getting some nice raffle prizes in now too, so should be a good night
