I think that it used to be a factory of some description?

teabelly · 09/03/2006 22:52

27th 11.45 is good for me.

If I'm ds free then I have space for a mummy and a baby, I'll have to come back to you on that though all depends on mil's generosity Wink

Tesco's was the old Kaiser Bonder(sp?) corset factory Grin

SecondhandRose · 10/03/2006 04:45

QE2 · 15/03/2006 14:09

Hiya,
Date is good for me, just need to double check dh is free to do the pick up for ds3 from playschool if I come.

Will let you know asap, will have 15 month old ds4 with me. Have 6 spare seats in my (very large) car if anyone is stuck for a lift?

teabelly · 15/03/2006 14:13

The more the merrier - he he he we'll have to reserve the whole of the back of the restaurant Grin - sure they won't complain tho, kching! Wink

QE2 · 15/03/2006 14:16

Yep, just checked - dh can sort ds3 out which leaves me free to come with ds4!

Anyone need a lift?

Can someone also tell me the address so I can look up directions please? Smile

teabelly · 15/03/2006 14:50

Cafe Rouge is almost next to Woolies on the High Street. If you're coming from Bedford way come down the A600 towards Shefford, the road joins the A507 for about a mile then splits again, stay on the A600 and it will bring you right into Hitchin. Any car park will do as the town centre isn't that big. If lost just ask for Woolies Grinhth

QE2 · 15/03/2006 16:11

Thanks teabelly - that sounds dead easy - then again it is me we're talking about and my navigation skills are very suspect at times!

If anyone needs a lift en route I have enough space.

Georgiesmum · 15/03/2006 17:19

how do I get there from royston??

OP posts:
SecondhandRose · 15/03/2006 17:24

Hi Everyone, I'll be there.

Royston, come down the A10 and then you'll need to cut across right to catch the A1.

teabelly · 15/03/2006 19:24

Or you could get on the A505 and come through Baldock and Letchworth into Hitchin...sounds like alot of towns but will only take about 1/2 hr - maybe less if Baldock bypass open???

Georgiesmum · 15/03/2006 22:34

I think a505 way is best, is it going to be boked or all just meet in there?

OP posts:
Georgiesmum · 16/03/2006 15:20

OP posts:
teabelly · 16/03/2006 22:36

SecondhandRose · 17/03/2006 14:04

I don't have anyone to bring! Sob.

We do need to recognise each other, don't we? Could we all carry newspapers or somthing? A copy of The Star, something nice and trashy!!!

Georgiesmum · 17/03/2006 14:56

Lets all not brush our hair and arive covered in vomit and baby food, shouldnt be too hard!!!;)

OP posts:
teabelly · 17/03/2006 16:04

LOL at the suggestions for recognition Grin

Like the trashy paper one - that's my kinda style! Wink

Have booked the table then for 11.45 on monday 27th March for 13 mum's and babes.

It'll just be me and dd now as my friend can't make it afterall so you won't be alone in being alone SecondhandRose Smile

Not sure lady taking reservations thought I was serious at first, but I suspect there'll be a clamour to have that day off now! GrinGrinGrin
